With a clean and trendy dining room and friendly staff, Go 4 Food is setting a new standard for Chinese restaurants. Most people may think Chinese restaurants are dark and dirty, go to this restaurant and think again.

With my many years of living between Hong Kong and Chicago, I cannot find another place besides this restaurant that serves better authentic Hong Kong style Chinese food. Some of the must have are the french style beef, juicy beef cubes that serves with tomato and lettuces, also their seafood dishes, similar to those in Hong Kong, they have a tank filled with lobsters and crabs, you can see your lobster got picked out as soon as your order is placed. Can't find a place more unique than this.

It is located on 23rd street, a side street off of the main Chinatown Street. Maybe harder to find, but the food is well worth the hunt!

My wife and I have stopped going regularly to eat in Chinatown, Chicago because most of the Chinese restaurants are so bad, very plane and Americanized. Go 4 Food has changed that. The food is great much as I remember when in China, the service is great, the prices are very reasonable, the room is nicer than most and the partner who is there on the weekends, Dennis, is very friendly and helpful with the menu. I had the tea smoked duck ?? fantastic. My wife had the lobster in a light egg wash she though it was the best lobster she had ever had. Neither dish had any veggie so we ordered a side of what we thought were going to be snow peas. We had made a mistake they were snow pea tips and they were delicious. The servings were so big we had lots to take home and try again. And the great thing that drew us there to begin with it is BYOB.

Another reviewer mentioned that it was cold because of a lack of a second door well they have added one of those canvas entrances so that is no longer a problem.

We??ll be back to the Go 4 Food often.
