Went there recently - sorry but flavors have no taste! Also idea of self serve with kids is really gross - kids putting there hands in everything! Was busy but I think its due to no other yogurt in fishers

We're sorry your experience at our store was unsatisfactory Bri, but we still appreciate you stopping by! We too have tried and enjoyed the "California tart" style yogurt that it sounds like you were hoping to find at our store. We test-marketed many different kinds of yogurt before we opened, including some with more of a "yogurty" taste, and the overwhelming response from our neighborhood was that they wanted our sweeter "ice cream style" yogurt, and many told us they wanted a TCBY style product. I'll bet if we'd opened in Broad Ripple or Downtown we'd have gotten a different response.

The vast majority of our guests are children and thier parents, and so far the response has been overwhelmingly positive!

Bri, I invite you to make a second trip to our store! It's on me this time! I'd just request you also look for the following things: Was the store clean and neat? Was the decor bright and comfortable? Were the employees friendly? Was the food fresh and nicely presented? Was your serving reasonably priced? Were you served quickly? Were other guests, especially children and their parents enjoying their experience?

We hope to see you again Bri! Thanks!

I had really high hopes for this place - it's self-serve with tons of flavors - but I ended up disappointed. The flavors are milky and have a decidedly chemical aftertaste. It's very 80s-style frozen yogurt, where instead of embracing the sweet-tartness of the yogurt, they loaded it down with artificial flavorings to turn it into mediocre diet ice cream. You're better off just buying some slow-churned ice cream at the grocery store.
