This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I dealt with a salesperson named Bobby Craig. He knew nothing about selling cars. He did a good job explaining the features of the car, but wanted to tell lots of personal stories the whole time. I arrived at the dealership about 4:30pm today. I had stopped by last night to look at the vehicle, and spent about an hour looking it over. I specifically told Bobby what I could spend, along with my trade. He told me that we were definitely in the same ball park, and quoted me "close to $7,000 with trade". That was great, as that was towards the higher end of my limit. He followed up with a call today while I was at work to let me know he had done some 'homework' and knew we could make a deal. After test driving the car and having them look over my vehicle I was trading, he finally came back (at about 6:30) with a number. He told me we were looking at $10,000 difference. I knew they would start high, but I also felt like we would be able to work out a good price. I sat down and he brought me a paper from his sales manager. Apparently his $10,000 turned in to $10,990 plus tax, title, and licensing. That put the price to about $11,000 difference. His manager couldn't budge from that price apparently. After telling him he had misled me and after he told me he couldn't come down any, he left and another salesman came up to tell me Bobby didn't want to deal with me anymore. I left at 7:30pm with no new vehicle, a very bad taste in my mouth, and a sincere hope that Bobby would lose his job.

Steer clear of this place. They're bad news and will simply waste your time, get all of your information, bug you at work, and not work with you at all.

I recently bought a SUV from Glenn's nissan
they were very nice and the salesmen i got was bob howell he was great and the finance guy was Lenard he was also great.I would highly recommend them. would have i will def sent people to Glenn's.

I wrote a review for Glenn Auto Mall earlier and saw this one on here too. Like I said before, (I won't repeat too much), I have alway had the best experience at Glenn. I've purchased several used cars for my family and used the service department (David is great!!) several times and I always leave happy. I highly recommend them to my friends and family and think you'll be happy if you try them too.

My experiences with Glenn Nissan service department has all been very positive. I bought a Nissan Maxima in July 2004 and Glenn has done all the service on it. They have always been up- front & honest with me. I have had the same service advisor the whole 6 years, David Whittlemore and he has been great. I like that they keep the same people in their service dept. I have been very happy.

I have been shopping for a new car and recently visited Glenn Nissan. At first the service was top-notch, but I was left over the 2 weeks after my visit feeling harrassed and pressured. For a week I received at least 1 if not multiple phone calls a day, and came home once to find a letter in my mailbox pressuing me to by the car I test drove. This completely turned me off. I still have selected the car that I will buy, but I most likely will not be returning to this dealership.
