I have been a customer of both the tire portion of the business and the mechanic side of the business. The tire side is very competent and trustworthy, they sell you what you need, without overselling or compromising your safety. They very clearly explain all of the work that they do.
I have also used the mechanic side of the business and found them to be also very trustworthy and competent. Unlike most mechanics, I feel very comfortable having them work on my car, comfortable that the price is fair, the work done is appropriate, and it is done correctly.

I went into Brothers Tire in September of 2008....when the 3 brothers took over the original City Tire...hey, happy 1 year anniversary...Not only were they professional, quick and great price, they listen to you and spend time explaining and showing you the best options. I needed a new tire and an oil change, they were great and I will not go anywhere else for my car service. My entire family from Sterling and Princeton now take their cars to "the Griffin brothers". They are a great addition to the business community and we welcome them and their family!!!! Congratulations on 1 year of FANTASTIC service. I will be back in November to have my winter tires put on!
A customer for life....

I had been having trouble with my regular mechanic on getting a tire on my mini van that would hold the air pressure. After dropping needless money on this I decided to go to Brother??s Tire to see if they could help me. The experience I had was awesome. Kevin who greeted me took the time to hear the problem I was having and explained the options. They took the van back and before I knew it they determined that my regular mechanic was not using the correct size tire on my van. They took the time to smooth out the rim to assure the rim would hold the tire pressure. They also were up front with the cost and I was pleasantly surprised with what I heard. I was very happy with the overall experience and will use them for all my tire needs.

The original owners of City Tire were old school, with lots of personality. After the new kids bought them out, they were still competent, but seemed more impersonal. My daughter really likes them still (of course she is young and cute, so she probably gets friendlier attention) but I stopped going because it seemed like there were so many customers there that I had to wait an hour just for something minor and routine. I switched to Sullivan tires. They seem okay, and I get can something simple done to my tires without a long wait.

City Tire is a name you can trust in Leominster. I have always had great experiences at City Tire. They are honest and reputable. For example, if you don't need four new tires, they do not push you to buy four new tires. If they can repair your flat rather than have you buy a new tire you don't need, they will recommend that you fix the flat. I trust City Tire.
