Basta Pasta

waited too long for the food, i have had better italian food. not as good as i expected it to be. i find the TVs by the bar distrubing, that totally killed the dinning environment

worst dinning experience ever!!! literary no service at all! the only service we received was the busboy brining us water. that's it. they left us sitting at our table with no one come back to take our order or even come back to ask us what else we would like to drink beside water for almost half a hour. its understandable if they were busy, but it not, all the waitstaffs were just standing aside talking to one another. some waitresses even walked pass by our table couple of time to check on other customers, but they never bother to pay any attention to us. when we asked the busboy if we will ever get a waitress, they all pretended they don't know what's going on, so that totally pissed us off, we ended up walking out of the restaurant. and i will never go back again!

A HORRIBLE place to dine in. It is not just bad service, but no service. My sister and I wanted to try this new restaurant out. Once we sat down on a table, the busboy brought us water and no one else came to serves after that. We waited 30 MINUTES and no one came over to greet us or say anything to us. It was not busy at all too. We were looking around and all the waitresses were standing there doing nothing. We ask the busboy if we have waitress or not. We saw him go ask, but no one came over to us. We waited 5 more minutes and we left the restuarant. We wasted 30 minutes of our time waiting for nothing. No matter how good the food and how good the environment is, without good costumer service, no one will go back to them. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommand to dine at this friendless restaurant.

My Partner and I dinner last Saturday. We had the best minestrone soup we have every had along with the calamari. We split a pepperoni pizza that was pretty average pizza. We will return again and try the pasta dishes that looked great. The only things we did not like was the noise level was so high we had to almost yell accross the table ( there is all hard surfaces with no sound absorbers ) and it was very hot.

Just eat a Basta Pasta. I got the Chicken, Ziti, and Broccoli and it was delicious. My friend got the pizza and loved it. I definitely think they need to work out the kinks (It has only been open for 4 days) It was a bit smokey and loud in there.
