It is too easy to complain when you are disappointed with a service, but I think it is only fair to commend companies who more than meet the mark. Chem-Dry appealed to me since their clean solution relies on efforvescence rather than heavy solutions. There service people were polite and efficient. They even tested a silk carpet which I had been afraid to trust to just anyone. Content that they could clean it without making the colors run, I had them do that in addition to my wall to wall carpet.
This was a very pleasant experience
