I can??t brag enough about Aleksandra and how great of a personal trainer she is. Hiring a personal trainer, for me, was a big decision for a number of reasons (i.e. financial, time, commitment), but now I can??t imagine trying to reach my goals without the support of a professional. I thought a personal trainer would help me become more active, and it would end at that. But the reality is Aleksandra has influenced so many parts of my life. I take lessons I learn from Aleksandra in the gym and apply them to my life everyday.

You can trust Aleksandra??s knowledge so when she says you can do more, you can?you may not think you can, but you can; those additional reps build your confidence and remind you that your boundaries can be pushed further than you had initially thought. Personally, I need someone I can trust and respect to challenge me and that is what I get with Aleksandra; it has made all the difference.

Aleksandra is patient beyond belief and is always willing to go above and beyond to help me continue to move forward towards my goals. Aleksandra??s knowledge, commitment, motivation, and friendship have pushed me (and in some cases pulled me!) further than I have ever gotten on my own.

Getting up at 5:30 a.m. to work out on Mondays and Thursdays is tough, but as soon as Alex appears and greets me with her big smile and positive energy, I feel inspired. I have been working with her for several months now and during that time I have experienced an increase in strength and endurance that has surprised me. I have gone from doing ??girl pushups? to doing the real ones. Alex knew that was one of my goals and she worked to help me get there. In addition, side planks are no longer a problem and forward lunges are something I actually enjoy doing. The same goes for gluts, calves, quads, and abs. I am now able to feel and see muscles I didn??t even know I had.

Even though I am a creature of habit, I love how Alex varies the routines. I thought I was familiar with most exercises but she is constantly showing me new ones. Her variations are intentional ?? she arrives with a notebook with my name on it that is filled with my progress sheets and the routine she has generated for me prior to our session. I appreciate how organized she is and how much thought she puts into our time together. And as sunny as she is, Alex is also demanding and takes each session seriously.

The biggest testimonial is that I actually look forward to exercising ?? I love the effect that working with Alex has had on so many aspects of my life. I have always been a lazy couch potato so this is pretty amazing to me. At age 50 my body now looks better than it did in my 30??s and 40??s. One last thing ?? for several years I tried to work out on my own and didn??t really get anywhere with it, and so finally decided to hire a personal trainer. For those of you who are vacillating, it is absolutely worth it! There is no way I could push myself to do what I am able to do with Alex. Not even close.

Training with Aleksandra has been fantastic. As a former athlete, i was stuck doing the same routine for years and over time lost motivation to work out every day. I was in a horrible Moto accident that shattered my right knee and broke both of my ankles. I was unable to work out for almost six months. I lost my will to keep healthy and gained over 30 lbs. Since I have met Aleksandra, i have lost 20 lbs. and she makes every workout different and very challenging. I often try to guess what she could possible come up with the following week, which really gets me excited to excercise, and has made me love "the burn" again. I don't know what I would do without her.

I was leading a very unhealthy sedentary lifestyle before I had met Josh. I had irregular eating habits, had not worked out or played a sport in 10 years and was in a very bad shape. I was looking for a personal trainer who would help get me out of the rut, get me in shape, help me increase my overall fitness level and keep me motivated. Three months after starting to work out with Josh I have met all of these goals. I have toned up beautifully and have a lot more energy to get through the day. Every week I see a steady improvement in the way I look and feel and I am amazed at the difference in me from where I started. Josh is an experienced, knowledgable trainer, and an all-around awesome person! He mixes professional etiquette with an uncanny sense of humor, making each workout session interesting and fun. I can't remember the last time I actually loved working out...

When I coached high school volleyball, Josh designed an awesome high intensity/low impact workout for my girls. He even came to our gym and demonstrated each exercise, while motivating my team to get in the best shape of their lives! As a result, we had more stamina and flexibillity than we ever had before, outshined every other team in the conference, and made it to the state playoffs...

Now I am a new mom, with a "new mom shape", but Josh quickly helped me shake the "baby blues" and get motivated to get my old body back! Josh took so many personal things into consideration when designing my routine -- he worked around my knee problems, catered to my limited schedule, and incorporated all the things I love to do (like use a boxing bag and balance board). As a result, I have a customized routine that is easy to fit into any day!

I have worked out for years, but never realized how much time I always wasted in the gym, performing exercises incorrectly, or not pushing myself hard enough. Josh not only showed me explicitly how to do the best routine for my goals, but explained in detail how to get the maximum benefits of each exercise. He was the only one that didn't make me feel inadequate or like a piece of meat. Very friendly disposition, very knowledgeable about his stuff.

We meet twice a week at a local, small gym open only to personal trainers and their clients. The best part about my program with Josh is that 99% of the stuff we do there, I can duplicate at home because we don't use the machines nearly as much as we use simple items like tension bands, balance ball, steps, and small hand weights.

What I tell my friends (and my husband every time he complains that I am still spending money on a trainer, lol) is that not only does Josh guide me with a vast variety of exercises, he also shows me that my personal limits can be pushed further than I imagined. When I think I can't do something, he shows me that I can. When I think I'm tapped out, he pushes me further.

I can't say enough good things about this guy. He really knows his stuff. The variety of exercises keeps things fresh and fun. I have lost about 20 pounds in 3 months (4 weeks of which I was sick and injured). I've got from a tight size 18 to a loose size 14, and for once, I don't think, I *know* I am going to meet and surpass my goal. I have no doubt in my mind. I dont care that its coming off slow and steady, because I know by this time next year, it's going to be a nonissue. I'm losing weight, I'm gaining muscle, I'm lookin hot and it's got a great deal to do with the continual training and guidance provided by Josh.

Like another one of his clients mentioned, I am now not only focusing on weight loss, but endurance. Gearing up for the Autism Ribbon Run. It's a short one, but it's a start!

I dont care that its coming off slow and steady, because I know by this time next year, it's going to be a nonissue. I'm losing weight, I'm gaining muscle, I'm lookin hot and it's got a great deal to do with the continual training and guidance provided by Josh.

Like another one of his clients mentioned, I am now not only focusing on weight loss, but endurance. Gearing up for the Autism Ribbon Run. It's a short one, but it's a start!

I began looking for a personal trainer 4 months ago that was knowledgeable, certified, reasonably priced, and most importantly, someone that would physically push me without turning into a drill seargent! My goal was to get through the weight-loss plateau that I had been stuck on for several months, but to also regain the strength that I had when I was younger. Then I found Josh and have been working out with him ever since! Not only have I lost weight, I've lost INCHES and grown much stronger without ever getting bored. Josh always has a wide variety of strength training moves, plus he checks on what I'm eating and how I'm working out during the rest of the week when I'm not there. His rates are very reasonable and purchasing sessions from him is lot easier than purchasing them at the gym chains and franchises. Josh is also an incredible motivator - when I expressed that I was having difficulty jogging on my own, he went jogging WITH ME! That experience has inspired me to not just lose weight, but to try to build up my endurance so that I can compete in a 5K run later this year. Besides seeing results (and everyone else seeing them too!), I have FUN working out with Josh. Whatever your fitness goals are, if you are thinking about getting a personal trainer to help achieve them, then this is the first person you should contact.

I have been training with this company for 7 months and i cant say enough how amazing it is! i have lost so much weight and toned up so much already. i am, though, still going......but the cool part is..i love to go and it is actually fun!!! so many people have complimented my new look and that makes me feel great. dont you want to feel great? you should call Josh for sure! he's major cool and he will make you feel major cool too!!!

I have been working out with Josh for seven weeks and I have already received very visible results. I have lost weight (my clothes are falling off now), and my muscles are toning up nicely. I have more energy now, and Josh has given me the drive to continue with this healthy lifestyle.
