You are lucky if an employee approaches you at this store. If you spend a bit of time contemplating a purchase, you definitely will get an attitude. I am very polite as a customer and would like to be treated politely by the employees in a store I visit. I have compared notes with my friends and we all agree that a trip to PB in The District is better than ever returning to PB on Rampart. I wish the employees were less arrogant. Last December I saw an elderly woman walk out of PB on Rampart because she wanted to see a table cleared of the accessories sitting on top of it to determine if she liked it. She had to do it herself and was asked to return the accessories on top of the table! I was with two girlfriends and we couldn't believe it! This woman was embarrassed and as I said, walked out of the store. The employees at the Rampart location need to be trained by the ones in The District to learn to be more customer-oriented and improve their willingness to help nice customers. Even though I live two blocks from the Rampart PB, I will drive to PB in Green Valley. Neither myself nor my friends will ever shop at the Rampart location again.
