Do not use this childcare. The director/owner has no affection to little kids, all they care is their money. Our 2 year old son came home with a black eye one day and none of the caregivers knew what happened. With the limited words that my little boy could use, all he said was "i cried, oueeee" When this was brought to the owner Susan's attention, she didn't seem to care at all. We do understand that kids can get hurt and it is very normal, but at least if someone would have explained to us that he fell, or even got punched by another kid, we will accept that. It is the fact that nobody knew what happened after asking two different "childgivers" that were taking care of my child. How am I suppose to believe that they were really taking care of him? And by Susan saying "Oh, it looks like it's nothing" when we asked her instead of offering to check the camera to see what exactly happened during that time. (Of course it seemed like it was "nothing" at that time, it was just fresh light green bruise that day, but the black eventually came in after 2 days) So we stopped taking our son there immediately; after several months, we received a letter in the mail from a collection co. stating that we owed them over $300, I called Susan and this is the exact word she used "happy or not happy, you have to pay and I need my money" She also degraded my husband and I over the phone basically saying that we are uneducated while she is an educator with a degree. Do I care if she has a degree or not at this point? Not one moment she tried to explain to us what happened or show any regards to the well being of our child. And by her degrading us as uneducated parents, that was unacceptable. We are both protective parents and educated with professional careers, we are so picky with our choice of childcare (when we don't even need childcare service from the get go, we only wanted our son to interact and socialize with other kids to prepare for pre-school/kindergarten) We never had issues paying them in full price for my son whom only stayed there for 3 hours a day 3 times a week. So, my advise is to BEWARE and think twice before you decided to leave your innocent little kids at this so-called "childcare/school".
