We've been to Dinette several times and enjoyed it very much. One time it took a long time to be seated, but every restaurant can have an off night.

My Girlfriend and I went there for our first time about a month ago and we've already been back. This place is awesome! Great food and great wine selection. I wish it was a little bigger but we didn't have to wait long for a table. They gave us a pager and we waited at the bar and had a glass of wine. Everything we had we really enjoyed and even some things I thought I might not have liked, to my surprise, was really good. The grilled endive salad was the perfect combination of flavors and I'm not the biggest fan of endive. The fritto misto( mixed fried vegetables) was crispy yet not too greasy. The pizzas are thin crust style all with an interesting combination of toppings. We shared a basil and ricotta pizza and then a tuna with olives pizza. The time I was there before that there were all completely different pizzas on the menu. I was told that the menu changes daily. There's very few places that I like that I can make it to once a month. I could eat here every week!

Pros: It's a good place to take a date or friend.

Cons: It's not a good place to bring a huge group of people.

This restaurant is really overrated and expensive. I do not mind paying top dollar for food that is worthy. This is not! The food lacks substance and flavor. I think they have a great concept but they just can not get the job done. I have had California cuisine and this is a poor attempt.
