.

I haven't even lived here for a full year and I have had
nothing good to say about it other than it is close to MTSU and it's
fairly priced. When my wife and I first moved in, the carpet was still
wet from where they steam cleaned it. There was paint all over the
carpet in the master bedroom and on the blinds. Who ever painted
either didn't care where or what they painted..or the complex manager,
Angie, didn't care to make sure everything was looking good for us.
The first few days of living there I noticed a few cockroaches.
Something I half exspected just on the condition of the building. As
it got progressively worse and worse (They were in our bedroom,
bathroom, on my TOOTHBRUSH, kitchen, and cabinets) I walked down and told Angie about the situation. She told me that someone would be there in the Middle of September (a moth away from the current date) She was not cooperative about the situation and left us no choice but to buy traps and spray our selves.
The refrigerator that was provided for us has a massive leake on the inside and the dryer (also provided) doesn't have a heating element. When I told Angie about this her responese was "That is not the complex's issue and if you want it fixed that's on you."
It is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in management to get the simplest things done. It took them 3 or 4 months and me asking 4 or 5 times to finally get weather stripping on the bottem of the door.
Their hours SUCK! They are supposedly open 9am-4pm Monday-Friday (That's if Angie actually shows up on time and leaves on time) With these bad hours it makes it really hard for people like my wife and I who have full time jobs and work 8-5 Mon-Fri to be able to get a rent check to her without mailing it or be present when someone is doing repairs on the apartment.
I advise anyone who is looking for apartments in the Murfreesboro/MTSU area too look elsewhere. There are literally 4 or 5 different complexes within a quarter of a mile from these.
Please learn from my mistakes! lol
