Friday of Memorial Day weekend, they show up 5 hours late (at 4 pm), to replace our garbage disposal. The guy is in a rush because it's long weekend and he wants to finish quickly, so in his haste he breaks our kitchen pipe. Now we can't

The gentleman who can to the house to check out our diswasher disconnected the wires and left them hanging out of the maching laying on the kitchen floor. I did not know they were HOT until I stepped on them frying my foot. The company

I had a VERY poor experience with this company. During the first appointment, their scheduler called half way through the allotted time and said they weren't going to show up. Trying to get them nailed down to a specific date to come and repair my appliance was extremely frustrating. A week later, I was told the parts required to repair my appliance would arrive the next day. However, the scheduler called the next day and told me it would be another week. On top of that, their scheduler, berated me over the phone during the second call I had made concerning scheduling. She made comments that could only be regarded as personal attacks. I will NEVER do business with them again, and HIGHLY caution anyone who is reading these reviews. I ended up using another company who came out the next day and repaired the problem, whereas this company took five days to even come out to give a diagnosis. I??ve definitely made the home warranty company aware of what has transpired with this company. Hopefully other customers will not have the same experience I have had.

I agree with the other posters , no reliable to arrive when scheduled then just show up after being cancelled. Parts tec quotes one time fram office another , STAY AWAY not worth the hassle

Very poor communication and customer service. After waiting for over a month for my "part" to come in and checking in with THEM once a week for status, I finally called the manufacturer for a referral to another company, and found out the diagnosis was completely wrong to begin with. The lady who answers the phone is full of excuses, and cannot be trusted to do what she says she will do. Do not do business with The Colony Appliance Guru, unless you want a truly disappointing experience. Save your service call $$ and call a reputable business.

I have been very dissatisfied with the service from this company. I have had several scheduling issues along with very rude customer service via phone. I have noted to never use them again. I hope that others have a better experience than I have. If you do work with this company I recommend that you record your conversations and document each time that they schedule to come out because their scheduling along with thoughts that yelling at customers is a good thing are the reasons that I will not return to them ever.I have been very very disappointed.
