Ann's Health Food Ctr

ann's is good for the health food junkie who lives in oak cliff and doesn't feel like driving to newflower market or sprouts to shop. they've got some good items, but i was rather disappointed in their lack of produce. they only had a few vegetable options, and they were all pretty old and squishy. all in all, not a bad place to pick up food, but i can't get all my grocery shopping done at once there, which means i might as well just take the time to go to a store where i can get everything in one fell swoop.

Pros: good vegetarian/vegan meat selection, juice & dry goods

Cons: not nearly enough quality produce

The entire staff was knowledgeable. Their customer service is the best and I never have to wait in line or for a staff member. Never stop being available for your loyal customers.

I have long been a fan of Ann's Health Food. The food from both the store and cafe are great. However, the customer service and wait time are consistently bad...and it appears to be getting worse.

Not only is the service bad (cafe workers seemed annoyed to wait on you), but everytime I come in for lunch at the cafe I have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for my food, with or without anyone ahead of me! I have even tried to call ahead, only to be placed on hold for over 5 minutes just to have someone take my order.

I enjoy healthy eating, but not at the expense of poor service.

I love Ann's. They have everything I need :), although not everything I want. Unfortunately, no power pops :(. But they do carry both healthy groceries and quality supplements.
Their staff is knowledgable and I trust them. They do not recommend a product because it will make them more money. Sometimes, they recommend a less expensive product because it works better. Their staff is friendly and professional. And the environment is positive. I love shopping at Ann's.

Cons: I want to buy it all so I may spend too much money.

Great people they are very helpful and have supplements for everything. This is the only herbal place in Oak cliif and has been around for many years.

This health food store has been around for many years, I went to high school with the owners children and now I take my children there-the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they go out of there way to make sure you receive the best help possible and they give great suggestions. I tell all my friends & family about this place it is a Diamond for us that live in Oak Cliff. We love Tim and Mat -they are very good people and so is the rest of the staff. Also they have a wonderful grill and smoothie cafe in this store it too gets a 5 star rating*****!!!!!!!
