.

I am absolutely livid. I purchased the icon groupon and went yesterday to get a mani (shellac and pedi) and took my daughter to get a mani pedi. Our appointment was at 12:30, we got there at 12:20 and did not get seated until almost 1. There was only 1 customer in at the time with 5 people who worked there standing around. 2 other guest walked in 10 min after us and they were seen immediately. I felt as though because I had purchased a groupon I was treated differently. Ethan did my mani pedi and it seemed as though normal things that are always included in a mani/pedi such as buffing feet and removing cuticles were $10-$12 each to do I was confused because the groupon said mani pedi and those things are standard in a medi pedi. Not only did they not explain that but when I asked they talked to me like I was an idiot and I have never been treated like that when asked a simple question. So I left they didn't finish till almost 3 pm which is ridiculous for the lack of service we were given. Regardless I always tip really well because I used to be in the industry. I go home nails aren't what I would call pretty but better than when I walked in, wake up this morning and I have yellow discoloration on 8 of my fingers which is really weird because I always get shellac and I have never seen anything like this. So I wait till they are open and call immediately and talk to Mary who says she is the manager. She was incredibly rude and suggested i come in to have them fixed but her tone was that of me being incontinence and I'm sorry but me rearranging my schedule is an inconvience. She very unprofessional when I asked her name she gave me attitude and said "it's mary you can write that down!" I said excuse me she proceeded to give me attitude. I'm sorry but this was ridiculous and I don't think they should be allowed to even use groupon if they treat costumers this way. I would love to send you pictures of my discolored yellow nails there isn't an upload area. Total yesterday I spent was $102 for a horrible experience. $35 for the groupon and $67 for tip and my 2 year old daughters pedi . Thank you for taking the time to read this issue
