This California based owner has his RUDE brother, arrogant parents run these stores like concentration camps. You will NEVER get even a fair deal. You will mostly buy LOW quality diamonds (unless they are GIA) You NEVER can RETURN your

First time to visit Jewerly Source.
The store manager(Hamid) and the salesman(Joe) were both very pleasant and helpful.The entire staff were upbeat,pleasant down to earth people. I fell in love with the first ring I tried on. I was able to upgrade to a better quality diamond than the first one I was shown and still stayed within our budget. The overall experience was a good one. I would recommend them highly.

The store manager(Hamid) and the salesman(Joe) were both very pleasant and helpful.The entire staff were upbeat,pleasant down to earth people. I fell in love with the first ring I tried on. The day before Valentines I purchased a 3 heart diamond pendant necklace for my wife. The salesmen, Henry Sanchez told me it came with an 18 inch white gold chain. When I placed the necklace on my wife valentines morning it clearly fit too tight. When I measured the chain was only 16 inches (only suitable for a child). When I returned to the store Henry Sanchez and his manager explained the only possible resolution was to purchase an 18 inch chain; no exchange was possible.

Ultimately I left the store and drove to a reputable jeweler to complete the valentine gift for my wife. The prices may be better but as I have found reputable jewelers have a reasonable exchange & return policy.

My husband purchased my engagement ring at the Jewelry Source about 7 years ago and we've purchased several items since. Their prices are amazing and by far the cheapest in town. I have noticed that the diamond quality in most of the preset rings isn't the greatest, but the quality of their loose diamonds is great and they have a huge selection to choose from for almost any budget. Every time we've been in the store, we've been greeted with friendly customer service, before and after the sale. We haven't had any problems with the jewelry purchased for me, but my husbands wedding band had a loose channel set diamond which had to be sent out to be repaired taking several weeks. (They said it was a manufacturing issue.) I go have them check my settings about every 6 months as recommended just to hopefully avoid any issues. I would and do recommend this jewelry store to anyone.

At first doing business with these jewelers was a pleasant experience. They spent a lot of time helping me select the perfect setting and the perfect diamond for an engagement ring/wedding band. I assume now that they went through all this trouble only to get the sale. This company does not back their products. After about six months a small diamond fell out of the engagement ring setting due to a broken prong. I took the ring back and had the diamond replaced. After 14 months of the purchase another of the small stones fell out of the wedding band due to a broken prong. We had only been married for two months, hence my wife has only been wearing the wedding band for two months, but since the ring was actually purchased more than a year before they refused to replace the stone saying it was out of warranty. They blamed the missing stone on my wife saying she is too rough with it. My wife is a very dainty lady. However, I have spoken with many women since who are not dainty and have not had had a problem with losing stones(they did not purchase from the Jewelry Source.) After hours spent in the store working with suddenly rude and unhelpful salesmen as well as on the phone to their corporate headquarters the small stone was finally replaced. We were told that they would no longer fix the defective ring at their cost after this. Every salesman and everyone at their corporate headquarters are trained to blame defects on the customer. It is almost comical. I would not recommend this jeweler to anyone much less my friends and family. Caveat emptor. Buyer beware.
