I addressed a problem that I had with the 2 managers. I made a payment that was some how placed under somebody elses phone number instead of mine. $140 to be exact plus their service fee. Instead of a quick fix I was told that it was my fault, because they don't make mistakes like that. I asked for the owners name to which they responded "No". I was told they don't need my business and then hung up on. I love Verizon, but will never use this location again. If you are looking for a Verizon location to visit may I suggest Verizon at Baybrook Mall, or Verizon at 646 and 45.
