.

It was my first year studying at a charter school, At first I wasnt really happy about it. I decided to give it a shot. When I entered I noticed something different about this school; most of the teachers were Turkish and I had a hard time getting their accents, Academicly they had great english teacher and of course those were from the U.S. Also math teachers, and social studies. In my opinion I wouldnt agree the same thing about science teacher, but it is just thats not my strong subject. They also have 2 languages theres spanish and turkish. In each class there is about 15 students and approximately 2 or 3 classes in each grade. That ment more personalized attention as a kid I think you dont want that a lot! Daily the teachers were like: dont chew gum, tuck your shirt, dont run, dont scream, dont be late!! I WAS SO ANNOYED!! but after time now I realized they just did it for me, to help me be a better person, and give em an education. In this school I made many good friends and I had a great time laughing at all times, I think me and my friends were the nosiest people in all of the school. Another thing is they have excellent clubs as robotics who went to an international competiton, chess team, yearbook, newspaper, math counts, turksih dance, and many others. They also have some sports as soccer every thursday all of the boys go and play soccer at the park. if you really are into sports I dont think this is a appropiate school for ou because you are not gonna develop well sportmanship. Another thing I really like about the school is the trips they go to Turkey, Europe, New York, Washington, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and various places. In conclusion Harmony helped me develop as a persona nd mostly my leadership skills: Now I am not afraid to speak in public, also I myself created a club thing that I would never do in another school, and I help organized many of the school celebrations. Yes! Harmony is different and has another culture mixed but you should never be afraid of different instead take challenges and try it. I really hope my review helped you decide if you want to enroll.
