Yes, the queso is 'free' but it's also watered down. We have eaten there twice in the last couple years. The first time was average, the last time was horrible due to waiting time. Lots of tables were available but it took us nearly 30 minutes to be seated. Sat there 10 minutes before someone showed up. Had 3 different people check us over the next 15 minutes, all of them taking our order. After 30 minutes at the table with no meal and no drink, we left.
