I am a current resident of these properties and will say it is one of the best experiences I have had. My property manager has been nothing but helpful and courteous. Any time I have an issue or a request she is right on top of the issue. I will definitely recommend this property management company to others.

We couldn't believe what a great fit the place was that they found for us. They were sure to have things ready when we moved in and even did a little touch up paint at our request right after move in. We were presently surprised by and glad to have this manager as our landlord.

So far things with this manager have been great. They helped me to find the perfect place, in great condition and in only a few days. I was able to move right in and have been very pleased ever since. The carpets were recently cleaned and the kitchen is well updated. I like this place and expect this to be a nice comfortable place to stat for the duration of my lease.

dealing with them has already been better than my previous managers. They have been kind and helpful and a week after moving in, jumped to repair a faulty light I called about. They took care of it! it never would have happened that fast before!

Hunting for a new home in a new place can be a lot to handle. I had the good fortune of calling these folks and they made the process much easier. I had learned about the area and had an appointment to see a home on the first call. I was very pleased and still am.

I have been with RPM for as long as I can remember. Most of the good experiences Ive had with them started with a mishap or urgent situation. Their experience makes them able to deal with those situations quickly and effectively. Overall, theyre the best!

RPM has managed my property for quite a while now. I have kept them so long because they take perfect care of the home and are always thorough any time I deal with them. Repairs to the home and tenant screening have been wonderful as well. Recommended.

As a homeowner, Real Property Management has been exceptional. I trust that my investment is in good hands, and never question their knowledge or abilities. They approach me for approval when needed but take necessary action on their own when issues with tenants arise.
