Karr Tuttle Campbell

Hhhm sounds like this business hasn't improved much over the years. The estate languished in probate dragging on and on and on despite efforts to reach the offices of D Carey she was always away or "out to lunch" In the end she got it done but I would not recommend her.

Ya we had the same problem too....Karr Tuttle seemed understaffed and they gave us the run around and would not get back to us. Mrs Carey refused to take ownership of the issue at hand however I understand that she is about to retire anyway that may help some - better luck next time

I practice law across town and in my many dealings with the firm, Diana Carey in particular, I have found them to be less than professional.

Indeed, within the legal community it is well known that her conduct is deplorable - When dealing with Karr Tuttle and Campbell this most definitely is a case of Caveat Emptor

I am active in the legal arena as a Receiver and Trustee as well as a turnaround consultant. For more than 15 years I have relied on Diana Carey and her team for sound, practical, real world advice. Diana holds a very high level reputation in the legal community and for good reason.
Ms. Carey has been instrumental in the writing of numerous pieces of legislation and is active in the business community. I have found her to be direct, insightful and not afraid to tell me when I am wrong, why.
I have used KTC for many, many years and can without reservation suggest to anyone who needs strong counsel, has excellent "in the field" experience and is a businessperson who also happens to be a darn good lawyer, to consider the services of Diana and KTC.
Lastly, I have always been impressed with her ability to use the proper person in her firm if the job gets done right and at a lower billing rate than hers while always continuing to take responsibility for the results.
There are several excellent lawyers in Seattle - Diana Carey is one of them!

When my business was in trouble I asked around for a reference and Diana Carey's name kept coming up. I hired her and she helped shut down the business without a messy bankruptcy. Her knowledge and experience is unmatched and even better, her wisdom allows for creative solutions to cumbersome problems. I not only highly recommend her, but will hire her again in a heart beat. In regards to Karr Tuttle, I've also had very good interactions with George Treperinas and Daniel Bugbee.

Karr Tuttle prides itself on its services and values its reputation. We have no idea who the person is who was dissatisfied (and doubt that he or she is a client), but if they want to contact the firm, we would be happy respond and try to get to the bottom of this.

Unfortunately this firm is unreliable - untrustworthy Diana Carey lost my paperwork, was unresponsive and unprofessional. I plan to sue for malpractice. When dealing with this outfit, it is definitely a case of buyer beware!

KTC offers good sound adivce and service for a reasonable price. The staff there knows what they're doing and always seem to be available when you need to talk to them. I would recommend KTC to anyone needing legal business advice.
