Automotive Profections

I was referred to Sameer the supposedly owner of Automotive Profections who was had very little sense of time management. He did not have the sense of when to have the customer call for the repairs, secondly he had no manners at all. Thirdly, he agreed to work at a certain amount quoted by the insurance but got paid more by my insurance and nicely pocketed the extra amount w/o a word. On questioning about this gross act, he went more berserk with his smoke polluting the words as he hung-up the phone,secondly , he came up with no explainable reason for keeping extra money, thirdly , he was all the more sick with his attitude and asked me to get the car back to his workshop to undo the repair he had done and then he would give the insurance company the extra money.
He has no skills of sense and sensibility.
He has no etiquette and does not know honesty and integrity work a long way in business.
He has no respect for the customer's view point and is totally clueless of knowledge of customer service.

Please do not take your cars to this guy, as he will cheat you outright and then brag on your money and ask you to do a favor by not showing up at his door.

No kidding they are awesome! I have had very bad experience with mechanics around the Garland/Dallas area. With these other guys, it always ends up costing me twice their quote! and sometime the problem isn't fixed! With Automotive Profections I had a quote that didn't grow and they fixed my transmission on time and accurately! I would highly recommend Automotive Profections! Speak with Sameer when you call.
