Ok, this happen on April 1st but this was not an April Fools ??Day prank but a very very horrible experience. I took my family to this location almost every week for the simple fact of convienience, definitely not their taste of food. Today, we ordered Phat Thai without any spice, when the food arrived it was clearly incorrect, we tasted it and it was spicy so we asked the server to replace the dish, communication with them have always been a problem, often our orders are screwed up. The owner was at the restaurant tonight and she came and confronted us for complaining about the service. She asked why we ordered "Phat Thai" if we cannot have spicy food and we told her in the past it was served as non spicy. She proceeded to say" you guys complaint all the time" I replied to her, "that is funny, for a place where the server cannot get the orders correct, they remember we have complaint. Also, she asked why we come to her restaurant all the time it the food is no good, I replied simply convenient. The owner of this establishment clearly needs a class on customer service skills. She tried hard to pick a fight with her loyal customers instead of putting out fire. She also threatened to prosecute if we write a bad review on Yelp. Ok, I don??t think she knows what country she is in, United States of America and freedom of speech ring a bell?. The worst customer service I have experienced and I am sure she is going to continue her little tamper and treat her customers all she wants because she lacks the people skills.

my family and i have been a long term customer there, mostly because of the convenience. the food is okay but they're costumer service is beyond lousy.every time we go there our order is messed up at least once. the people they hire can't understand a word of english and sometimes i have to repeat what i want several times before the message gets through. but that was all okay and tolerable until today when i went there ordering a NON-SPICY Pha Thai. when i came out i saw red chili peppers on it and it was in fact very spicy. when we complained to a young girl who worked there, she just nodded and walked away, when we called over another waiter, this time a guy he said that the sauce they used to make it with was supposed to be spicy. they never told us anything about this before we ordered and in the past when we ordered the same dish, non-spicy, it didn't have spice. but when they called over the owner of the place she, in an almost superior manner came over and said that that was how their sauce was and told us that the kitchen remembered that in the past we had made the same complaint. feeling insulted we replied that how could a restaurant that screwed up every other order remember something that happened years ago. the owner goes on to say that we complain every time we come and if we have to many problems why to we come back? is this the way you treat your customers? any normal restaurant would have apologized and asked if you wanted to order something else. but no, this lady deiced to put her honor before her customer service and to insult her customer. but even worse after arguing for a while as she was about to walk away we very angrily told her that she was a wonderful owner. and would you believe what she replied! "and you're a very wonderful customer!" we as customers have a right to complain when something is wrong, if you didn't get anything wrong in the first place why would we have to complain? how is it our fault that your staff in incompetent. i want to offer her a piece of advice, how about hiring people who can actually understand a word of english. later as we were finishing up our dinner my dad commented that we should go right some reviews, within 30 seconds the lady was at our table again threatening to prosecute us and told us to be quiet is her restaurant. lady have you heard of a little something called freedom is speech? i have a right to voice my opinion in public and you have no right what so ever to tell me to shut up. by far this is some of the worst customer service that i have ever come across. i won't be going back there ever again and i advise you not to either.

This is a new vietnamese restaurant in town. They serve soup noodle and other rice plates. Food is good and not greasy like other vietnamese restaurants. However service is little bit slow and if you make special requests, they may not understand you. But we will go back.
