It is with great excitement that I introduce myself and our office to you! Below are a few things I thought I’d share with you in order to help you get to know me better: I am a Utah native and received my undergraduate education from Snow College in Ephraim, Utah and the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. I completed my dental degree at the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry in Louisville, KY. Upon graduating from dental school, I moved to Las Vegas to be an associate in an established private dental practice. My husband, Grayson, was born and raised here in Las Vegas and is a middle school PE teacher and Men’s/Women’s high school volleyball coach with the Clark County School District. We enjoy being active in the outdoors and are avid snowboarders, cyclists and movie-goers. We have two dogs and are active in our church community. In our dental practice, we pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of preventive, restorative, cosmetic, holistic and neuromuscular dentistry. These services include, but are not limited to, dental fillings, endodontics (root canals), Invisalign teeth straightening, laser gum therapy, periodontal cleanings, oral surgery procedures, dental implants, removable partials and dentures, Cosmetic Crowns/Veneers, etc. Our Practice has a wonderful team of experts to help me provide your dental care. Elizabeth and Ashley will be setting up your appointments, working with your insurance and making financial arrangements for your dental work. Cheryl, my assistant, will be working with me during your exams and dental treatment. Last, but not least, Dianne, our favorite hygienist, will help you take great care of your teeth and gums during your dental cleanings. I am lucky to have such a friendly and competent Dental Team! I LOVE MY TEETH!! THANK YOU DR. GEARIN!! I recently switched to Dr. Amy Gearin for my dental work because a friend of mine recommended me to her. In my opinion, professionalism, a clean office, and polite, friendly staff are all to be expected from a dental office but Dr. Amy Gearin really goes out of her way to exceed those expectations. I feel like my visits to her office are truly a one-on-one, professionally-catered experience and not just another appointment. I can really tell a difference in the quality of work that is being done on my teeth. If you are anything like me, you have a flossing disorder and the only time you floss is the day before your dentist appointment because you think that somehow you can make up for weeks of not-flossing in one day. My prior dentist would always make me feel like such a bum for my infrequent flossing, but Dr. Amy Gearin genuinely expressed an interest in understanding my needs and worked with me to identify alternatives that I can weave into my lifestyle to improve my dental hygiene. And it wasnt just her. Her entire staff seemed to express the same genuine interest in catering to my needs. Switching to Dr. Amy Gearin was a GREAT move for me, because I am now confident that I am receiving the best dental care available.

I just started going to Dr. Gearin, after my husband had been seeing her for a couple of years. I'm glad I switched. I like her office. It's in a nice area in Summerlin. Her office staff is REALLY friendly. Dr. Gearin was very nice and explained everything to me.. which was different than a lot of other dentists out there. I have been referring friends and family to her. Hahaha.. they even had homemade chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room :)
