Elle Hair Spa is soo beautiful and Erica is perfect!! I found Elle on Kerastase website because I wasn't able to find Kerastase in Raleigh. If you have never used Kerastase you need to try it. As soon as you use the products you can feel and see a difference ""instantly"" for a while. Its like no other product on the market, specially the Conditioning Treatments. The free consultation with Erica was very enlighten and she told me a lot about my hair that I didn't even know. Erica was concerned about the health of my hair and what I wanted to do with my hair. She has told me things that no other stylist have and I am amazed of the results!! Its been a week and it still looks as if i just left Elle. All I have to say is go visit Erica at Elle and you will fall in love!!!!

My color is amazing. This is the third time I have been to Elle and I was blown away again!! I have been trying to get back to my natural color and never could find the right tone, but Erica has blown me away!! She found my right natural tone and my hair is amazing!! I have received so many compliments on how shiny and nice my hair looks. Thanks Erica

Steve is the best! I am so happy that he moved to this location. I love the salon! It is so beautiful! I am so happy that you guys also sell Aveda products. I have used Aveda for many, many years and knowing that you are an Aveda Salon means a lot!!! Erica, the owner, is so wonderfull too. She is very professional and courteous. I challenge everyone who reads this review to go in for appointment and give them a chance to show you how your salon experience really should be!!!

If your looking for a salon where you will love your look and enjoy the process, this is the place. It's hard to find a great stylist, so this salon is rare and exceptional. The staff is friendly and professional. They are expert at their craft and you will enjoy the pampering and personal treatment for all their services. Because of the quality of their work, I even drive from another town to have my hair, brows done etc. You will find them very conscientious and will appreciate having found this salon/spa for all your needs. .

Erica was recommended to me by a friend, and I have been going to her now for about 8 months. I am certain when I say that I have found the best stylist in Raleigh! I would trust my cuts & color to no other. The new salon is beautiful, Erica's expertise is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. They made me feel right at home: welcomed me with coffee, made sure I didn't need anything else, and even offered a free paraffin hand treatment and a wonderful scalp massage during shampooing! Just an all around lovely place, which I will recommend to everyone looking for a great stylist :)

I followed Erica to her new salon. I found the space warm and cozy and relaxing. Erica is a fantastic stylist and I came to her with high expectations after years with a high end salon in Boston. On top of great cuts and color, you can expect to be pampered with complementary parrafin hand treatments, scalp massages, wine and snacks! The salon carries great Aveda skin and hair products too. Please stop in and give Erica and her staff a try!

I have been going to Erica to get my hair colored for years. Erica always listens to what i want, and then makes it happen. I prefer my hair color to look natural, and well blended, and Erica excels as this. She always performs above and beyond any other hair colorist I have ever been too. If you are looking for an excellent new hair salon, this is the place for you!!

I have been going to Erica for almost 5 years and have always gotten the best treatment. When she suggested I try out their esthetician I was very excited! I got a facial from Ron a few weeks ago and it was awesome. He was very polite and professional and I left feeling very refreshed and relaxed. I have been going to Erica for at least 5 years, beginning back when she one of the top stylists at Samuel Cole Salon. I have never had anyone cut and color my hair so well. I am so happy now that she has her own salon and I know that anyone she hires will be top notch also! The salon is beautiful inside, very trendy. Erica Lockhart at Elle Hair Spa is a life saver. I had a bad flare up of alopecia last year and lost all of my hair. I purchased a human hair wig over the summer and found Erica to style it - she is so incredibly talented and so very sweet. I will be a lifelong client and hopefully she can cut and style the hair on my head someday. My mother is a retired stylist, so I can be pretty picky, and I would trust her with anything. Congrats to her for opening her new salon!!

I have been going to Erica for 7 years and have never been disappointed! People think I am a natural blonde...and I am not at all...that's how good she is! The salon is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and talented! And the Kerastase products are awesome...my hair has never felt this soft!

I visited Elle for the first time today and I have to say this was the best salon I have ever visited and I have been to several salons. Erica was AMAZING and my hair has never looked better. The staff, especially the manager Brian was so helpful and friendly and made me feel right at home. The Decor must have been done by a professional because it is gorgeous! I had the most delightful time getting my hair done today and have found a salon and stylist for good!!! Thank you!

I went to Elle for the first time on Nov 11th and had the most amazing experience. I absolutely did not want to leave! The atmosphere is serene, relaxing and nurturing. Steve worked wonders with color and a cut to give my hair a new lease on life. While waiting on my color I had a complimentary hand massage and a glass of wine. I decided to try a facial and have never been more impressed. Ron is amazing and provides a foot masage along with the best facial I've ever had. My skin looks amazing. I can not wait to go back and would highly recommend both Steve and Ron to any one that wants to be pampered and destressed - not to mention made to look beautiful!\r

My skin has never felt healthier or looked better. I am a mom in her 30's with two young boys and had lost any hope of beautiful glowing skin...that is until Ron! I enjoyed an incredible 90 min. facial from him today that set me off on the right foot for an incedibly relaxing weekend... thank you Ron! And I will be back very soon for more!!!

Erica has been my hair stylist for 2.5 years and I never leave the salon disappointed. Before coming to Erica, I used to dread hair appointments and usually ended up in tears. Eventually, I was only cutting my hair twice a year causing it to become damaged and brittle. Ive known Erica for years and after seeing some of my friends who are also her clients have positive experiences; I decided to let Erica work her magic. Ericas main goal was to make my hair healthy again and at the same time she managed to incorporate my personal input! So now when I sit in Ericas chair, [I actually schedule regular hair appointments now:)] I feel totally at ease and trust her creative vision. Elle Hair Spa is beautiful and the positive energy is undeniable! Id recommend Ericas work to anyone who is looking for a talented stylist at an affordable price.

I've been seing Britt for a while now and absolutely love how she styles my hair. This salon just opened a week ago and it already looks amazing! The decor is beautiful and so relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and it's obvious how much the stylists love what they do. They offered me a wonderful glass of wine which was perfect after a long day at work. Britt always takes her time talking to me to make sure I get exactly what I want out of my haircut and I really appreciate that!

OMG!! This salon is so beautiful and so relaxing. Nothing like i have seen before in a salon. I was welcome by the receptionist with a smile! She checked me in, took my wet coat, and serve me a nice flavored coffee!! Perfect for the rainy cold weather. I even received a hand massage while processing, so relaxing after a long day at work. I saw Erica and she always work miracles with my hair for any occassion, specially my wedding!!! I tried Kerastase treatment for the first time and I am in love. My hair has never felt like this!! I'm so addicted!! You must see with your own eyes!!!!

This is the first time to the new salon and It is beautiful! Great interior and very professional. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and prompt. The girl that washed my hair gave the best massage!! Wonderful, Erica has been styling my hair for 5 yrs and I could not ask for a better stylist. Her color techniques are the best in town and she can cut hair! My hair is always getting complements. Thanks to all the staff at Elle. You are all awesome!!

Wow, I'm really shocked by the negative review from thebillfamily. They've only been open less than a week, give them a chance to catch their breath, lol. I went in twice during the week, and had a great experience. Talent is amazing, decor is adorable, customer service great. Not only was I greeted, but the door was held open for me on the way in and out. I got a hand massage while processing, and was served wine and pastries! Plenty of parking. If this was this good their first week, imagine how great they'll be after a month! My new favorite hangout!

Stoped by after leaving the Grocery store to check it out, thought i'd pick up a menu. They are very scattered. Not decorated well, the front reception did'nt even greet me. I hope the talent is better then how they present themselves.
