There have been other carpet cleaners come to the house and it was time for another cleaning. This time I wanted to find a company that had good reviews so I chose this company.

I called on a Saturday morning and got an appointment for today (Monday). I also requested for Ryan after reading other reviews. What a pleasant surprise when he showed up at my door. He represents the company very well and does an excellent job.

Ryan thought our carpet in the living room, dining room and hallway was tan-colored at first glance, but found it to be a light beige when he started cleaning it. I was very happy with the job Ryan did and for less than $100 for 3 rooms!

I am going to be a repeat customer and keep requesting Ryan. I hope his boss knows what a valuable asset Ryan is to the company.

I found the company to be fair, honest, and reasonable. Ryan, the technician, reviewed and explained the estimate with me and answered all my questions. He was polite, courteous, and dressed in a professional manner. He did a great job with my carpet for our moving out cleaning. Will definitely use them again!

We had a really big party and everyone decided to track in the dirt, spill their drinks, and even got food into the new carpet. The next day I was left with the mess and a deadline of a week to get the place ready for my move out. I started calling around and checking reviews and $9.99 Carpet Cleaners was the company I chose and am still glad I chose. The staff was friendly and even taught me how to get the tough stains out on their web site and managed to get me on their schedule the next day. They showed up and got the job done. They guaranteed their service and did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to get their carpet cleaned.

We had a close friend refer $9.99 Carpet Cleaners to us and we were not disappointed. We have three little dogs and two young kids who really did some damage on our unit's brand new carpet and thought we would defiantly have to replace it. But $9.99 Carpet Cleaners technician Eddy came in and was able to get the urine, pen, and even fruit punch out of the carpet for the fraction of the cost of what it would have cost me to replace it. I was surprised at how helpful the technician was and how Billy was able to work around my schedule to get the unit all cleaned up before my final inspection. Thanks guys and Aloha

Your technician Ryan showed up on time and was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He was also very patient with the electrical issues at my house. Despite the breaker tripping every 10 minutes, he did not complain nor present himself in an unprofessional manner despite the dilemma. Nice young man, would recommend this company, very fair and stress free experience.

$9.99 carpets was good and very fast. The technician was very polite and courteous and helped out with certain tips on how wood stained furniture leaks into your carpet if it gets wet which i didn't know. The technician seemed very professional and very friendly and really was very nice. I found the company to be very reasonable for the job they did and they take off money for anyone seeking for them to come again. I really will consider them in the future when my carpets need to be treated again.
