UPDATE: 6/12/10 (yes, 3 years later!) I am STILL waiting for certain problems to be corrected and reimbursement for items they detroyed during construction that I had to replace even though I've submitted receipts at least 3 times! I don't think this is ever going to end. They repeatedly drop the ball every time they say they are going to take care of the problems. I couldn't be more dissappointed in a company's overall performance and I have finally decided to report them to the BBB.

My house had sewer water damage BEFORE hurricane Ike. That was over a year ago and my house is still not completely restored. I have been turned over to three different individuals in charge of overseeing the work on my house because of their employment turnaround. I have sent detailed emails and even included pictures of all the work that still needs to be done and/or corrected and I am still waiting. I would not recommend this company at all. The work they did get done was not good quality. If I were to leave it as-is, I would have a hard time selling my house. The managers are courteous but then still nothing is done after you speak with them. If I had it to do all over again, I would have hired out individual contractors for each job in the house instead of entrusting the entire restoration to this company.
