The guys that came out were very effecient. They didn't try to sell me something that i didn't need nor did they pressure me into making a decision. They presented the infomation and let me make an informed decision. Their workmanship was very clean and persise; I've been telling all of my neighbors about Comfort Zone and how pleased I was w/ their work.

I am out of town and the property is rented so I only contacted Brian by telephone. He was prompt, did not charge for an estimate, gave several options from the lowest cost up, was tactful in dealing with my tenant. All in all a winner and I will certainly call him if the need arises again.

They were excellent!! He was on time..polite and professional..William spent a great deal of time explaining the situation to us..He was VERY honest and did not take advantage of us and easily could have because we were desperate to get our AC fixed. It cost less than we thought.

We will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone!!

I had 5 different HVAC Vendors come out and provide estimates. Out of the 5, Wayne of Comfort Zone took the most time to fully explain why my current system was not meeting my cooling demands. The other vendors wanted to oversize the units instead of fully diagnosing the problem and make the correct recommendation. I looked at both the lowest cost solutions and solutions that provided the federal tax credit. In the end, I went with the unit that provided the federal tax credit which when all said and done will be lower cost than purchasing the lowest cost units. Add to that and the system will save more on everyday operation.
