These guys were great, i needed a bunch of new locks on a house i just purchased. They made an appointment to fit my schedule and came on time, they got the job done that day, and charged a very low price for the amount of locks i needed. so i was really happy.

They had very poor service, despite of amount of money we paid. The locksmith was very serious and had no manners. He also wasn't care full and scraped a little bit of paint.

FRAUD and THEFT - BEWARE - NEVER USE EXPERT LOCKSMITH - - Today
Expert Locksmiths Houston are nothing but crooks. They have no ethics and provide terrible customer service. We called the company to unlock a lock on a door and rekey it. The technician never gave a quote and jut said "he would take care of us". When the technician finished he presented a bill for $299.85. We tried to discuss the matter with the technician, but he was unwilling. We called Expert Locksmith at 713-747-4479 and the customer service representative hung up on us two-(2) times. The worst service and staff I've seen in a longtime. A business like this should be shut down.

Did a pretty good job. The locksmith installed locks on all my doors. He did it fast and flawlessly for a cheap price. There is no doubt in my mind that they have been doing this for a long time.

This is some great service. After losing my car keys at a concert (still not sure how that happened), I called this locksmith company and they were able to make me a new key rather quickly. Couldn't ask for better service than that.
