I went there for the first time with my company for a corporate party. The spa actually closed the spa for us and we had the place to ourselves, which was great. The covered parking in the garage was a cool touch since it was raining quite a bit.
My company treats us every year to a spa experience and this was the first year we used this spa. It was amazing. The staff were efficient, curious, professional, and superb at their craft. We all lounged in the relaxation areas and I took advantage of the steam room, others loved the dry sauna. There were over 20 of us, but it was the most relaxing day I have had in some time. My massage therapist was incredible; he worked out all of my stress in my shoulders. The esthetician gave me great advice on my skin and my facial made me look years younger. I know others in my group got manicures and pedicures and they love them. I am so glad my company chose them this year and I will not wait for next year to come back.
Pros: Friendly Staff, Easy Parking, Relaxing

I wanted to show my bridal party my gratitute so I called to find out if they could accomodate me. Not only could they, but once they told me about the hot and cool pools and steam room that we can all use, I was sold. Not only could they work with my party of 9, but the offered to bring us lunch while we are waiting for our various services. I am so excited that we all get to share the experience together and get some relaxation in right before my big day!
Pros: Variety of services, beautiful venue and gracious staff.
Cons: They have it all!

Our newest anniversary tradition of couples massage then an evening out has been spectacular. I love it and I am pretty sure my hubby does too. We don't even wait for our anniversay any more.
Pros: The amenities are plentiful

My boyfriend got me a gift card for this spa and I had such a relaxing day! I loved the steam room and hot tub, I got lunch brought to me while I waited and I had the best massage ever! Now I know what to ask for every holiday!!!!
Pros: Great menu selection!

I heard from a girlfriend that the nail salon had been revamped and she could get her nails filled there now, so I decided to check it out with her for a girl's day and was really impressed! The chairs are all brand new and the ladies were so sweet! My nails look great and the Bellini pedi I got had real champagne in it and smelled so good! This is our new girl's day nail spa!
Pros: Relaxing atmosphere
Cons: Gets crowded on Saturday

Having anything waxed is never comfortable, as we all know. However, the new Berin's wax they are using down in Friendswood is nearly painless and my hair seems to take longer to grow back. I am loving it! Thank you Donna for all you do!!!!!
Pros: Relaxing atmosphere!
Cons: There were none

I called at the last minute to schedule a package on the weekend. The wonderful young lady not only explained what to expect in detail but she helped ease my nerves. It was my first spa experience. I must say, that I wil most definitely be returning even though I live out in Katy. John made me so comfortable that I was able to just let go and relax and enjoy myself. The entire staff was so nice and accomodating. I can not wait to return! From the begining to the end this was definitely an experience that I will not forget!
Pros: Thoughtful staff
Cons: Not enough parking

I am from Austin and I was looking for a new lash girl to refill my eyelash extentions. Most of the places around Houston use crappy glue and they end up clumping together but Issis at Bergamos was Fantastic!! She made them feel so natural that when people comment on how awesome they look, I forget I have them on! Its so cool to just wake up and my eye make up is done because I never need mascara! If you do lashes, go here! You can't beat the quality.
Pros: Great staff!

I've been coming to this spa for over a year and a half now. Although ,the construction on the streets to get here has been rough my bodies' aches and pains have been taken care of by one gentleman "Roy ". I have to say you are the best in town from your swedish massages to your body wraps you can do no wrong you are truely gifted.Sorry I didn't write this sooner .
Pros: 3 letters "R O Y "
Cons: Traffic and Unprofessional Receptionists

I consider myself pretty spa savvy as i have visited a few spas now. Bergamos has apparently been undergoing new management and from the last visit I can say I notice some changes to the women's lounge seating area and also the common area in front of the steamer. They have added fruit and cookies and they have the greatest coffee maker. I have the same one at my office and love it and was very pleased to see one finally put out for me to use. I am an avid coffee drinker!
My facial was excellent. I felt very informed afterwards even though I didn't buy the product as I have a shelf full now but the front desk girl so kindly told me she would write the products in my file for future reference. That was very sweet and I loved my conversation with her while checking out. Very friendly bunch there and despite not having the body treatment similar to the one I had in Dallas I was very happy overall.
My husband likes to get massages and I think I might try their date night for couples as I've heard they are open late on Friday's.
Overall very pleasant experience. I've visited the facility now a few times and on the previous visit the music was too low during my treatment but the therapist was very talkative (as am I) so I hardly noticed after the first couple of minutes.
Pros: Wonderful Staff
Cons: Needs to add more body treatments

Very privet place, good for girls party or other event, clean and big, amazing proffessional employes, some european esthetician, unique product from German and France, affordable price for wax procidure(brazilian) , privet covering parking on 2 floor or elevator.
Pros: the best facial and massage
Cons: dry sauna and steam room before any treatment

I usually go around the corner from my house to get my nails done, but I was driving by Bergamos last week after lunch and stopped in to see if I could get a pedicure. Thankfully, the front desk agent informed me that someone had just cancelled not 10 minutes before and could get me right in!
Their facility is small, which I preferred because I felt as if I had Tam's undivided attention. It was nice not to hear the lady next to me yapping on her cell phone!
Tam paid attention to EVERY detail. She did not rush through anything and took her time on me, as if I was her only client coming in on that day. She offered to add on paraffin wax to my pedicure and I am so glad that I did---my skin feels like heaven!
On another note: She told me about this product that the spa carries for severely dry and cracked skin. I was skeptical at first because it was a mousse, but I took some home. Well, I've been using it every day since and I can see a huge difference!
I would defiitely recommend Bergamos (and Tam especially) to all pedi-seekers. She is truly one-of-a-kind!
Pros: Professional front desk staff, clean, and calming.
Cons: Construction on Kirby

I've been coming to see Michelle for facials for the last 9 months and she is always so sweet, knowledgeable and consistent. She has the best touch and she really caters to my needs. I love all the little extra things she does that other facialists don't. I highly recommend her to all my girlfriends!!
Pros: Example: best croissants in town
Cons: What are the drawbacks?

Today was such a heaven sent! A very needed day of relaxtion. These ladies were blessed with such talent and energy to treat hard working women to do a day of beauty. I will be back again and again, to have them work their magic!

The dreaded Brazilian wax - no girl looks forward to those! But let me tell you, Christin made me feel comfortable right away, and although waxing is never DELIGHTFUL by any means, this was sincerely the least painful wax I have EVER had!!! She was quick without being sloppy or missing any hairs, and was quite gentle. On the really sensitive areas she used this different looking wax that just pulls the hair out instead of pulling the skin along with it - genius!
She even took the time to suggest products that would help prevent hair growth and ingrowns. I really was floored at her attention to detail and how she really seemed to be concerned with my after care during the interim until my next wax. I scheduled my next appt with her immediately since she books up quite quickly!
After my wax I went into a massage. Mind you, I have had 20 plus massages in my life and never truly enjoyed one of them. WELL, 80 minutes seemed more like 8 when Roy was done with me! He really took the time to work on my right shoulder, which I have been having problems with for some time. Now I feel like a new woman! I also mentioned to him that I had some tightness in the backs of my legs and he was able to do some mild stretches for me during my massage! Again I found that Roy truly cared about ME! Not just getting the massage over with.
WOW!!! I will be back....and soon!!
Pros: Virtually painless waxes, AMAZING massage!
Cons: I can't afford daily services!

I just had a pedicure with Kim in Friendswood. The new layout is so open and airy. Kim is amazing! I did the Hot Rock add-on and it was fabulous!!! It is a must try. Kim did the most wonderful nail art on my toes. I can't wait for her to pamper me again! Perhaps I will try one of the new mani/pedi's they are offering....
Pros: Open layout with awesome chairs
Cons: I didn't have enough me time to spend there

I had my first appointment with Roy on Christmas eve and just had to rave about it here. He was able to work out several of my knots and I loved every minute of it. At one point I didn't know if he was using hot stones or if he had a little liquid fire in his hands, but it was so amazing.I prefer a deep tissue massage and Roy was able to use enough pressure that it felt great and wasn't even sore the next day!

I have been to spas all over the United States and just moved to the Friendswood area so I thought I would give Bergamos Spa Retreat a try. First off when I booked the appointment the Coordinator answered all of my questions on the phone. When I finally came in for my services I was welcomed at the front door with friendly smiles. As soon as I walked in the front door all of my stress was gone and I was able to immediately able to relax. The Coordinator took me to the ladies lounge and all I could say is wow! It is absolutely beautiful!!!!! They have an open waiting area with two hot and cold hydrotherapy pools that sound like waterfalls. They provided me with everything I needed to enjoy my spa day including snacks, a shower area, and my own personal locker. I decided to pamper my self and received a massage, facial, mani, and pedi plus their new teeth whitening!!!! All of their staff was amazingly professional and catered my every need!! The services were so great I did not want to leave. Their teeth whitening system worked wonders on my teeth and my teeth are now 6 shades lighter (without any pain). I will recommend all of my friends to Bergamos and recommend all of you reading this to treat yourself to a spa day!!
Pros: completely relaxs you, multi services to pick from, professional staff
Cons: I can't go every day!

I love coming to bergamos because its so tranquil and the staff has a positive attitude. My massage therapist, Esmeralda really works with me to work on all my issues. I have tennis elbow and a knee replacement. The lounge is calm and quiet which is difficult to believe considering that they are at Westheimer and Kirby! The young lady that booked my appointment was very courteous. I've been going to Bergamos for about a year now, I feel like I know everyone! I remember the first time I booked an appointment there the receptionist explained all the procedures to me, she even told me not to shave before my massage (it can cause discomfort) and also to leave my jewelry at home or lock it up in the locker, and that I should drink plenty of water before my massage. I love this place!
Pros: Perfect 10!
Cons: I can't live there!
Posted 01/14/09
Overpriced, bad service, staff not properly trained, cleanliness issues and oh yes, hold on to your valuables as they are known to disappear into thin air here.
Cons: Go to a good spa like Sanctuary D'Sante or Bella Rinova

I went to Bergamos tonight to get a swedish massage. It was wonderful. Roy was the therapist and he is amazing-professional and perceptive. I felt extremely relaxed and will go back again. Thanx Roy!
Pros: Best massage ever
Cons: The robe had a tear in it
Posted 01/02/09
I just moved here NJ and my brother in law recommended this place as well as his massage therapist Roy. He was wonderful, by far the best massage I've ever had! The only flaw was the small sauna and only 1 couch to relax on which was occupied when I arrived and when I was done w/my massage leaving only a couple of chairs. Besides that I will definantly be coming back for more massage's!!!!
Pros: Massage, great customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, and QUIET!!!
Cons: Sauna and amount of lounging furniture

This was exactly what I was looking for. I loved it that my husband and I could steam in the same room, so often they are separated and in the respective locker rooms. The only down side is that there is no cold shower in the steam room or right outside. You have to put your robe back on and go back to the locker room. I say locker room, but it is very nice, more like a beautiful personal bathroom. Very nice. My massage therapist was Roy... he was AMAZING! Very strong and fluid. Among the best massages I have ever had. All and all, for the price, you can't beat it. You could pay twice as much somewhere else, but I dont see why you would. This had everything I needed for the end of a busy holiday weekend. I will be back for certain.

I've been going to Bergamos for a while now because its the closest spa to me. But this last time I went, my experience was phenomenal. It was so much better than it usually is. My masseur was very knowledgeable and a perfectionist. He performed all of my treatments. My massage, my body scrub, and my honey and milk wrap. His pace never changed and helped me maintain my relaxation for the entire two and a half hours. Usually, when I have gone in the past, I have the same services, but I switch therapists in between and they usually have different personalities and styles. With him, you know the service you're recieving will consistently exceed your expectations. Thanks Roy, I'll see you soon!

I finally came here after my best friend kept raving about her facial lady Kristin and massage therapist Roy. Lets just say it's not really all that great the only thing they had going for them was the european facial I recieved from Kristin and the excellent customer service from the front desk girls. The so called "lounge area" is a few lawn chairs put together in a busy hallway literally a foot (I seriously mean a foot) away from the extremely tiny 2 person dry sauna and a steam room that smelled like a gym locker room with the walls peeling off and getting stuck to your back as you lean back. The "women's relaxtion area" isn't so relaxing either with 1 large sofa and a couple of ugly chairs to supposedly relax in. I was referred to a man name Roy but he was unavailable so I had a lady name Linda who was really nice but by far the worst massage I have ever recieved. I asked her to work on my shoulders more b/c I'm more tense there and instead she kind of kneaded her way through my neck and shoulders which hurt even worse as she kept digging deeper and deeper with her boney fingers which caused me to be more tense throughout the whole massage rather than being relaxed. Basically if you want the best facial ever go to kristin but if you want to relax and laydown go somewhere else.

i cant say that im facial savvy, but i can say that i've been getting this done for a while now and never had my face massaged the way i had it done here. kim was very sweet and let me relax while she worked wonders in parts of my face i didnt know could be massaged. highly recommended!
Pros: nice staff and covered parking
Cons: facial time was too short

I usually get my eyebrows done at a nail place....you know when you get a pedicure and the nail lady points at your face and says "You need eyebrow wax". But a friend of mine has been going to Bergamos to get hers done and hers looked alot better than mine. I'm so glad that I got my eyebrows done there! I had a girl named Christin (sp?) wax my brows, she was so thorough and gentle! She perfectly sculpted my brows and formed the perfect arch, I'm never going back to a nail place again. Also I usually breakout around my eyebrows after I get waxed but not this time. I'm so happy that I've found someone who will actually shape a brow that is suited to me and not the same brow that they give everyone else. I think I'm going to go back for maybe a facial or something, the atmosphere is great. The front desk is cheerful and knowledgable and instantly made me feel at home. I'm definately going back! :)
Pros: Christin's Eyebrow Wax, Happy Receptionists, Lotsa Parking

Since I'm always at Bergamos I am a little skeptical about the review below me, I've been a loyal customer to Bergamos for the past three years. The service has always been exceptional and professional. They always have the latest massages and facials. I just love the oxygen facial. I've never experienced a bad service at Bergamos. I think I was there the day of the previous viewer's distress, the only problem I noticed was that there was a large party in the lounge. It didn't really bother me, I was in the dry sauna before my massage. I've been there during large parties and it can get a little rowdy but usually they offer to put me in the men's lounge, which they did this day. But I was ok hanging out with all the other girls. :)
I have never known Bergamos to ignore a customer complaint, whether it be mine or one of the many people I have referred. I will keep refering people too, Bergamos is one of the best spas I've been to bar none.
Pros: Everything is always a paradise at Bergamos!!!!
Cons: traffic on kirby makes me late for my appt!!!

I had a facial consultation a couple days ago with Alexa.I was a lil nervous at first because im aproching 40 and didnt know where to start with the skin care plan, but she was very nice and knowledgable. She asked me some question about my skin and my concerns. She recomended the Golden Cavier Facial and I went back for the facial today and OMG!!!! It was the best facial i ever had. Her fingers felt like feathers and she put the cavier on and painted pariffin wax on over it...It was so relaxing and the massage was to die for.. I didnt want to get up. When she did get me up and i looked it the mirror it was unbelievable, after just one facial my skin was glowing. I loved the facial and Alexa was wonderful.
Pros: fab facial treatments
Cons: steam room didnt work

I wanted a bikini wax, and naturally I was VERY nervous like most women are! I go to Bergamos for massages and facials, so I thought to give them a try with a bikini wax. I was given Alexa, and she was fantastic! She was comforting, professional, and quick! I will continue to go back!!
Pros: great staff, atmosphere, love the products
Cons: a little pricey

I have had massages all over Houston, and until now I hadn't found a massage therapist capable of getting me to relax. I was a bit hesitant , at first, to have a man massage therapist, however, Roy is very professional and his massage is phenomenal!!! I was also scheduled for a body scrub and wrap, which he did as well. Both were fantastic!! My skin was so soft and glowing when I left. Overall, the spa is okay, but Roy stands out above all. He is the sole reason I go to Bergamos.

I wish I could rate various aspects of my visit to the spa, but since there is only one, I have to give the most weight to my 80 minute massage with Dallas. Five stars! Every once and a while I get a massage by someone who really knows what they're doing, and Dallas is one of those few. I live on the north side of town (Houston), went to the spa with my sister and mom who live in Clear Lake, and got him by luck of the draw. Whether mom and sis go with me or not, I will definitely be returning to see him. He not only asked me where to concentrate, he did what we talked about without ignoring the rest and actually gave me things to do on my own to help keep my neck and shoulders from getting so tight in the first place! How refreshing. I would rate the rest of the visit (the building, staff, etc) about a four. The place itself was nice and comfortable. The jacuzzis were great for after our massages, but the steam room was not working. The front desk staff were all pretty young--makes me wonder what kind of turn over they have--but regardless, they were polite and helpful enough, and we didn't have any problems. In fairness, I've been to two destination spas (Europe and Caribbean) which have set the bar extremely high for my facility and staff expectations. But even for the amount of money it takes to get to and stay at those places, the massage, body treatment and estetic (sp?) services don't always rival what can be found in my own backyard!
Pros: Dallas' massage--professional and comprehensive
Cons: steam room not working :-(

Had a European facial with Kellie. She explained very carefully what she was doing and why, great arm/decollete massage. She even rubbed my neck and back and actually got a part of my back to shift back into place. Kellie also did my makeup after the facial and it was very nice. Products recommended but not pushed, samples given. Go see Kellie and get a great facial.
Pros: parking easy
Cons: some of the other customers were a little loud but receptionist did try to quiet them

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Bergamos. I got the 80 minute hot stone massage and it was out of this world! I have had several others across the country and none compared with my treatment at Bergamos. The temperature was just right and the placement was clearly well thought out. Rene was certainly the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. He was friendly, yet the conversation did not interfere with the massage. Rene also welcomed my feedback and was very responsive.
After Rene, I won't go to another massage therapist in Houston.

I recently went to Bergamos for a little time to myself, and a little time to be fussed over. The spa itself is beautiful and larger than expected. ALL of their staff is extremely attentive. I had a facial and it was up there with the best of them. the facialist, Monica, was very knowledgeable about the products and their affects on the skin. I knew i should be washing my face, but i never knew why. Monica explained to me how the steps and products worked with my skin. Let me mention, I do not like to be pushed on products! However, she was very sincere about her reccomendations and I felt like they were specifically for me and not just for her "quota". I also had a massage that was FAB-U-LOUS! My massage therapist was one of Bergamos' newer employees, but she has great pressure and a great personality! She had a very exotic name, Esmeralda. Last but far from least, Isabel did my manicure and pedicure. She was the sweetest lady i have met, she's very presice when doing french tips, and very eager to please. I have already got my next appoints set up before someone else gets my spot!!!! Overall the spa was an a-maz-ing experience, i would say it is definately a retreat from real life!!!
Pros: Above nice restaurant, GREAT staff, covered parking
Cons: dont do acrylics
Posted 03/20/08
I have visited several spas in Houston, and this is one of the best! The covered parking is essential, and you don?t have to pay a valet. The reception area is very nice, as is the ladies locker room. I had a massage with Roy, and I must say it was the best massage I have ever had. My sinuses had been killing me (with the crazy weather in Houston) but after he worked on them along with my neck I was in great shape. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

This was the best facial I ever had. The therapist name was Donna and she gave the most relaxing treatment. I had the Oxygen facial and it felt like waves of relaxation going over the top of my skin. My skin looked so good afterwards, i would never get a facial anywhere else. Next i tried the Green Peel, I can't get my friends and family to stop commenting on how great my skin looks. It has literely shaved years off my face. Donna told me she had to attend a special seminar on the green peel to get certified and as far as i know she is the only one who cane perform this procedure. After talking with her, i found out about the extensive training program that the staff must go through and it's really shows on the quality treatment i got. Super Spa, Super Facial, Super Results! A must try!
Pros: Training and relaxing facility

I booked five hour treatments as a birthday gift to myself and my 79 year old mother a month ahead of time. When we arrived, we found a very festive party of about 6 loud women. While awaiting our therapists, I had to sit on my mom's lap because there were so many people there--only one chair remained. They forgot that I had ordered lunch and my mother became hypoglycemic, so we cancelled our last hour sessions so that I could take her home to eat. They had offered to get lunch in, but we would have had to eat within a matter of five minutes so that we wouldn't hold the remaining therapists up. It was the least relaxing spa I have EVER gone to. During the massage, there was loud talking in the hallway outside the room---very annoying. Front clerk was very polite, but one could tell that organization and communication is lacking in this place.

I just moved into town and have been searching around for good facials. My friend recommended Bergamos, and I felt right an instant connection when I walked in. Everyone was really friendly, and best of all, I had the most amazing facial. Kim did an excellent job having my skin feel so smooth, and I had the best face massage ever. I am definitely coming back!
Pros: Garage Parking

I booked an appointment here when I was 7 months pregnant as I had been a regular customer. I was booked for a bikini wax. When I happened to mention in conversation at the front desk that I was having "contractions", I was told 30 min later (after waiting in the lounge) that "they" did not feel comfortable doing the service. Well, I KNOW that the girl (jackie) at the front desk made this decision with a great deal of ignorance and stupidity. Maybe instead of going to "front desk school " she should have actually attended college .You all know the term "braxton Hicks"- ie FALSE contractions!!! (and I gave birth 2 1/2 months later). She actually thought I was having the baby at that moment !! Well this is not the first time I have been treated like this ! In retrospect, I should actually thank them- i have found 2 other wonderful spas that actually appreciate a good paying customer! When I relayed this story, they actually stated that many of their customers had experienced similiar situations- BAD customer service ! Do yourself a big favor- don't go here!!!

First of all I have to say that the massage was the best that I have ever had. After the massage I had a manicure and pedicure that was the worst that I have ever had. To start things off the water for the pedicure was so hot I could have been burned. My cuticles for both my feet and hands were hardly cut and I had horrible dry skin that really needed to be trimmed. I had to keep pointed out areas that needed to be trimmed/ The choices for the polish were horrible. You could tell that the polish had not been replaced in some time. The polish that I chose was so thick that it peeled off two days later. I chose to have a french manicure for my toes and I have to admit my sixteen year old daughter could have done a better job. I was asked if I wanted a thick or thin line and I stated more than once that I wanted a thin line to which played on def ears. I payed a lot of money for this service and I am very disappointed. Needless to say I will not recommed this spa for anything other than a massage.

I love going to Bergamos for their facials, body treatments, and massages. The hot stone massage with deep tissue is a must!! I often get knots in my shoulder from carrying around my laptop, Mary and Trina are both amazing at working those out. In addition, you can have aromatherapy added to your massage for a full-sensory experience. Between appointments I love to lounge in the huge women's waiting room. On the weekends, it tends to be a little crowded and noisy, but on weekdays it's usually empty. It you are looking for a spa to make you feel relaxed and luxuriated, this is your place!!
Pros: Ambience, Massages, Facials, Wonderful Staff, Women's Lounge
Cons: Lounge can get crowded and noisy on the weekends

Bergamos in River Oaks is very lovely but could pay attention to some of the details to improve and really put the spa experience over the top. I recently had a facial there. On the good side, the reception area was nice and the receptionists fairly friendly (I arrived only a couple of minutes before my appointment, they like you to arrive 10 minutes beforehand.). I was escorted to the women's locker room which was nice and clean and pretty. What I didn't like was the lack of seating. There were no benches near the lockers which are nice to have when you're dressing/undressing. The waiting area was a nice size with comfortable seating and a selection of magazines. My facialist arrived and introduced herself then escorted me to the treatment room. My treatment room was much roomier and spacious than most days spas, very well decorated with nice wall finishes and lighting. One of the pet peeves I have about most spas is their lack of attention to the quality and comfort of the massage tables and facialist chairs. Bergamos did disappoint me here as well. The facialist chair was flat, no bolster was put under my knees nor was the chair angled to be more comfortable. Also, the chair padding was just hard - no two ways around it. My facialist did a wonderful job with two exceptions. I don't like to hold a conversation while having a treatment but I do like an occasional inquiry about my comfort or an explanation of what's coming next. Also, she made no recommendations about products I should consider buying though she did give me a couple of samples. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'd reccomend it to others, just not rave about it.

Bergamos at Rive Oak is a wonderful spa with high quality. All services include nail, facial , massage are excellent.I come in to relax every two weeks .

I had the worst facial ever. The facialist burned my face with an acid base and then burned it some more with the mask. The massage aggravated the whole experience and she was too slow to rinse with cool water. She did not apologize and did not seem to feel bad, instead she felt the need to justify her actions. I do not recommend this spa to anyone at all. The level of skill has degraded considerably.
Cons: unskilled staff, too young a facialist

Several months ago my husband and I moved from the New England area to Houston, TX. As a surprise birthday gift to me, my husband purchased a Bergamos Spa Retreat Gift Certificate. Although I often visited a 5 Star Day Spa in Boston, I was hesitant what type of service Bergamos would offer. Upon entering the Friendswood facility, my senses were immediately immersed in the beautiful, calm setting. The Front Desk Staff greeted me by name with a smile and quickly escorted me into their woman's sitting area. I was given a warm, clean robe to change into along with some slippers and was instructed to relax. Within a few minutes my Massage Therapist entered the sitting area, greeted me again by name and a smile, and escorted me to my massage room. Again I found myself surrounded within a clean, beautiful setting including soft music, warm sheets and flowers on the bed. My Hot Stone Massage was extremely relaxing and the Therapist took special care to treat me with respect . Before I knew it the massage had ended all too soon.
While checking out I mentioned to one of the desk staff that I thought my massage was a bit too short. She immediately called their customer service manager Nancy, who escorted me into another lounge area. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and assurred me her top priority was to maintain the happiness of her clients. Nancy's priority came through with flying colors. Her take charge personality coupled with her friendly personality, has won me over to become a faithful Bergamos customer. Thank you Bergamos for transforming this Bostonian into a Houstonian!
Pros: Extremely clean, well maintained, pays attention to detail
Cons: A third location would be wonderful!
