Great variety of classes with a great teacher. The space is very inviting. The teacher - Darryl Olive - knows a great deal about yoga and understands it is as much about the mind and spirit as the body. The classes are geared to all levels and his teaching style is very supportive as you develop your practice. Easy access from anywhere; great parking. Beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone, from beginner to advanced.
