Thank you for helping me with my brake. My brake have been having these weird sounds for couple of days so I when to this auto shop to help me out. They got the brake fixed. Thanks.

Customer did not give us authorization to attempt the removal of his rusted bolts, we explained to him the options and the way we will go about the removal, he disagreed and told us not to continue therefore the repairs could not be 100% completed, in reference to " previous job " He was very happy with the repairs and the cost we were to repair the rusted panel only with primer finish ONLY , But I thought I was being NICE and used left over red paint to cover the primed area so it would not stick out and did not charge the customer for it.

Very Disappointed after finding all the tailgate hinge specialized TORX Bolts were all STRIPPED.
I was stuck with getting them removed and the cost of being replaced. The Work was then left unfinished but was still charged and the tailgate was left out of alignment. On a previous job it appears that no attempt was really made to match up the paint and was left obviously discolored

I've been here so often they all know my name! Allstate referred me and I've never been disappointed. They are extremely accommodating, the work is highest quality and virtually undetectable. I used to get competing estimates but no one has ever beaten their price so I don't bother anymore. I've had six cars repaired with Auto motive collision Center, one twice for two separate incidents and am about to bring the eighth one in.

I had to have my vehicle towed to the auto body shop and I was very happy with the service provided to me and also like how prices were negotiated through the repairs. I would defiantly go back to see about getting Additional repairs done to my vehicle...They also do mechanical repairs and are open on Sat.
