I have worked as a supplier with Linda for many years now. In my profession of selling wholesale to builders, contractors and designers I find Linda very easy to work with. Not only is she very particular of the design aspect, she pays close attention to detail so her builders get a high quality finished product. Linda is very talented in visualizing the end result and is tireless until she gets what she has in mind for the project. Linda also works very well with her builder's clients, and makes their personal interests a priority. She handles herself very professionally to make the builder client relationship a positive one. I appreciate her ideas but am most impressed with her high standard of expectation once the job is in process.

I have worked with Linda on new construction projects through all phases of construction from design through post-construction. Her insights during the design phase have contributed to critical project cost savings down the road. Once the units were complete, her interior design and staging expertise were critical in making the model units pop. I think what makes Linda so easy to work with is her knowledge of the construction process, professional demeanor, attention to detail and issue follow up. It has been a pleasure working with her on numerous projects. I continue to use her on new projects and recommend her highly.

We met Linda after falling in love with one of her Street of Dreams homes, while my wife and I were putting a team together to build our new home. She was an integral part of our team from project inception to competion. Linda's experience and connections within the industry were indispensable. She has great vision and an attention to detail that was truly appreciated. Communication was easy and she really listened to us. We have thoroughly enjoyed our relationship with Linda, and would recommend her without reservation. SS
