.

The new building in town is quite nice and we were excited to try Pizza Factory. Our excitement was quickly replaced by abject disappointment. The cost of a dinner (just pizza and sodas for two adult, two teenagers and two kids -- $80+) was surprising and not worth half of what we paid. The pizza was tough and bready (overcooked); the toppings were dried-out and sparse. My kids did think the soda was particularly good (syrupy) so that was a plus, I suppose. Speaking of soda, however, when we left, we had to step over a mess of spilled soda from the booth next to ours, which had been vacant during our entire visit. While we had to go out of our way to avoid the mess, the employees, including the surly, young woman who brought our pizza, seemed intent on conveniently ignoring the problem. We visited on a Saturday night at "primetime" and the place was a ghost-town, with maybe three other small groups. I don't see how the business will last, especially if our experience is typical.
