Arico Plumbing did the plumbing for my entire house, from the bathrooms to the kitchen.

I was very impressed with them. They took the time to do an efficient and quality job, which is rare anymore.

They were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They also were very informative. I would ask questions and they took the time to answer them. They explained what they were doing and gave me feedback.

Arico Plumbing cares about the job they are doing. After they completed the work, they double-checked to make sure that everything was re-fastened and secure.

My plumbing is working so much better now. Arico was honest and did quality work. You don't get that kind of service anymore. I would definitely recommend them.

We have used Arico Plumbing twice. First, we used them for a minor problem and they did a good job.

Most recently, we called them because we had a clogged drain. They came out and did everything they needed to do. They were very professional.

I would recommend Arico. My experience with them was positive and the price was reasonable.

Right from the start Steve Griffin was a wealth of information. He proposed several scenarios as to the best way to sollve my problem of a leak between the meter and my home. David and Raul completed the job in a very timely, couteous, & proffesional manner. As far as I'm concerned they both deserve a pay raise. I really do not go on line to say how pleased I have been with service, however this really needed the extra attention from myself as I truely received it from your employees. I just hope this doesn't fall upon deaf ears. I was so impressed that I have recommended your company to my sister Dawn. She will be looking for bids on a new A/C sys for her home. I just hope you are able to satisfy her as well as you have me.

Rob, an AriCo Plumbing technician, replaced and installed a water heater in my Tucson home, this morning. His expertise was obvious. His genuine knowledge of plumbing was over-the-top.

But more importantly, Rob displayed attributes of willingness to work beyond normal expectations, motivation to achieve, kindness, and genuine concern for me and my plumbing problem. Rob is a gentle giant and deserves commendation.

I was very happy with their service. The girl who answered the phone was polite and helpful. I had 2 faucets replaced and they did a great job.

My water heater was acting up, so I called and asked the gal on the phone how much it would be for someone to come out and look at it. She stated it was $39.00 for a trip charge and if we went with them it would be what ever the charge was depending on the repair. If we didn't go with them then it would be the $39.00 trip charge. WELL $110.00 later !!!!!!! for him to tell me it was 100% bad, I all of a sudden needed a brand new water heater! (which I didn't) So from $39.00 to $110.00??!!! A waist of time and my money, they are NOT upfront with how much you will be charged. I was told it was a flat $39.00...!!!! Very dishonest company!!! They will tell you what they want you to hear on the phone, then when someone comes out it's a whole new story! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE.

After another plumbing company came to our house and failed to fix our backed up drains, we called Arico. We thought they would have to send a camera down the pipes, but they identified the problem without that costly procedure, gave us an estimate and scheduled the repairs for us. They also found the outside access for the pipes that the other company said we didn't have (they had charged us to remove and reinstall the toilet to access the main drainage pipe). When they came to do the repairs, they had to remove a large shrub to fix a broken pipe in the yard. They didn't charge any extra for removing the pipe, and when they were done, they cleaned up the yard so well, that you would never have known they (or the shrub) were over there. I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs.
