after paying the 99 dollar for the first appraisal and good off the service he ordered 4 screws and 2 bezels for a gas cook top plus an spark modal and bracket and there total was to be about 321 but when the guy came here he said they

Horrible!!! I am now waiting on the 6th service call and have had to purchase parts that do not fix the problem. The technician promises to come during a certain timeframe and never showed up...waited for 2 hours on a Friday and he didn't

Don't believe the time frames they give you. We called the company we purchased our washer through on 07/19/12 and they schedule Quality Appliance to come out on 07/23/12. When they came out on 07/23/12, they told us 2 - 5 days for the part. They called on 07/27/12 and told us that they would be out on 07/30/12 that the part was in. They would call on 07/30/12 between 8am - 9am to schedule a time frame. On 07/30/12 @ 1:18, I received a call that they did not have all of the part and would not be out until 08/01/12. Why did I receive a call on 07/27/12 stating the parts were in and what happened to 2 - 5 day????

Don't believe the time frames they give you. We called the company we purchased our washer through on 07/19/12 and they schedule Quality Appliance to come out on 07/23/12. When they came out on 07/23/12, they told us 2 - 5 days for the part. They called on 07/27/12 and told us that they would be out on 07/30/12 that the part was in. They would call on 07/30/12 between 8am - 9am to schedule a time frame. On 07/30/12 @ 1:18, I received a call that they did not have all of the part and would not be out until 08/01/12. Why did I receive a call on 07/27/12 stating the parts were in and what happened to 2 - 5 day????

Although he was very nice an chatty when he came out, there was no follow through on what he promised and now I am facing a weekend of company with a dryer with a motor. \nWhen he was out last week I scheduled for Friday because it was the only day I was in town. I asked him if I needed to double check with someone at his office; told him that if there was any problem we would rescheduled for earlier in the week and someone would meet him there. I explained I was having company on the weekend and needed it fixed. NO problem. Wrote down the appointment time so it was ""on his way home"" and never showed. Not a phone call, not a word. Have called and left message after message. We have used these people for years.

I received service on Aug 2nd and spoke to Sue about scheduling and pricing. She was courteous and professional.Followed phone call Tonia was the same same. The repairman Dave did an awsome job. He repaired our refrigerator quickly and was respectful and very witty, while I hope not to see Dave soon, rest assured if our appliances need work we will call Quality and request Dave! my ice maker stoped working, i called Quality Appliance Servce they had a technician at my house the next day. he was very profession, was in and out with in 30 minutes and my ice makes is as good as new.

They dont have save same day service. I don't know why that's on here.\n\nYou call the office, the following morning a tech calls you. He gives you a slot in which he might be able to make it there. Great, If I was retired or unemployed. My favorite part was when the tech said ""I dont want to have to back track"" awesome. I thought I was the customer?\n\nI would look elsewhere for service, this company has multiple other complaints around the 'net I found in my research. I also noticed on their website how they don't want to warranty work on items kept in the garage. Great, so in many of the older homes out there, where do you find the washer and dryer hookups? Oh, in the garage. It's like saying ""I dont want to do business with people who have brown doors"".\n\nStay away.
