This was a nightmare. They have good salesmen, but our stuff arrived broken. they built a wooden crate for our flat screen TV, and the TV arrived broken. Ready to put in the garbage. And they were horrible about the settlement. Most of the boxes arrived ripped a lot of broken china and glasses, almost all the glasses from the frames were broken. Some of the furniture was broken, etc. I wouldn't recommend this experience to my worst enemy.

california ny express and their long distance movers were extremely professional, prompt, and fast! They had no problems moving anything and I didn't hear one complaint about anything (I've had that happen with movers in the past). There were even times when I said I'd move something, and they suddenly appeared with a better box to move it in and said "No problem! We can move it!" My partner and the moving truck left about a half an hour before I did, and when I got to my new house, they were almost done with the unloading!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a fast, efficient move!

The service during my pick up was great. They were very thorough and careful with all of our things. While my things were in transit, their service was also good. I received calls and emails with updates. Also, whenever I had questions, they answered them all to my satisfaction. Their service during delivery was also very good. The guys were very nice and efficient. I can say that they certainly delivered my things on time. I will definitely recommend their moving services to others, thank you!
