Buckwilds Grill and Bar

To quote Toby Keith " I love this bar".. Centrally located in Frisco at Main and Peston, shares same parking lot as Golden Moon.. Yeah it is in back or off to the side of Preston.. It makes up for it once your inside.. Has Lots , and Lots of TV's, And Now they got Trivia - NTN! Horray to Steve! So If you like to play poker or Buzzline and be able to see the screen, and be able to easily read the questions, then this is your stop. There's also a great sound system and stage, Granite bar tops., The draft beer is always fresh and most importantly cold! Got a good whole Hog pulled Pork Sandwich on the menu. BuckWilds also hosts a great large patio, great in summer. Do wish they'd get heaters and some plexiglass installed so we patrons could make use of it in the fall and winter, maybe someday.

Pros: Got Lots of TV's easy viewing, and playing Triva.

I've lived in Frisco for over 15 years and watched the area evolve. I'm so glad to see Preston and Main has not been forgotten. My husband and I love to meet up with our friends and order appetizers (Big Sampler Platter & Stuffed Jalapenos...my fav), pitchers of beer and watch the Cowboys game. I also enjoy taking my family after the kid?s soccer games and practices for lunch/dinner (No fuss in the kitchen for me!) Yes! I?m comfortable taking my family to Buckwilds?the staff is appropriately dressed, fun and considerate to all of us

This is the best sports grill in Frisco. Five or Six projectors and more TV's than I could count. The burgers and wings are great with friendly service. Its a great place to bring the kids. My kids played ms pacman for a while and I had the opportunity to enjoy my burger/ They can play video games while you get to watch the Cowboys. I had no idea they broadcast the UFC fights for free. No cover. I also noticed an awesome patio out back with a full bar. Great experience. My family and I will be spending a lot of time in Buckwilds. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Pitchers of beer 6 bucks.

Pros: UFC, all college and professional football games, free WIFI

I have been looking for a place to catch all of the NFL games. I am a New Orleans fan and I was able to see the game with volume. There are several projectors showing every game that I could think of. If you are a true NFL fan, you will appreciate the fact that you can watch other games than the Cowboys. At the noon hour, the Giants vs. San Deigo game was on the main screen with sound. I noticed that no one was watching that game an asked my server to speak to the manager. The manager was friendly and helpful. I asked him if he would switch the New Orleans game to the main projector with sound. He said and I quote " No problem, Reggie Bush is one of my fantasy players and I would rather listen to that game. I was suprise how helpful and friendly the manager was. He introduced himself and Miles Williams and told me that he was the General Manager. He also showed me the menu and gave the the special rundown. The have $2 bud light drafts until 7pm. He also explained there entertainment lineup which includes live music, ufc, and live band karaoke on Fridays. I am single and sometimes I like to watch the game with a few buddies and have a cold one. Also, the food was very good. Normally, I expect bar food, but this was different. Of course there is bar food, but I had a southwest salad. It was fantastic and by buddy Marc had a pork sandwich that he liked. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. HHHOOOOTTT servers.

Recently visited this new member of the over crowded frisco restaurant scene. We were looking for a family friendly environment (most similar places up here promote the scenery (waitresses) more than the food) where we could relax, enjoy the game and have some good eats. I think we have found it. My wife tried the fish tacos and gave them a thumbs up for flavor and healthy eating. My daughter had the jumbo boneless wings (mixed traditional and teriyaki) and could not finish them off the portion was so large. My 78 year old mother settled on the stuffed 1/2 lb angus cheddar cheese burger and she was able to finish it was a little assist from me. I had an order of stuffed jalapenos (phenomenal), house salad and helped the women with their meals. All in all a great dining experience. PS the horns winning while we were dining added to the meal!

Pros: Way above average bar food in a family friendly environment

Cons: Turn up the lights during dining hours!
