Sprout is the newest restaurant in the Lincoln Park and can be defined as a Classic French Bistro. Currently, our Lincoln Park bistro is open only for dinner, but soon will be serving lunch. The menu here at Sprout changes regularly based on seasonal fresh ingredients. The crab cakes are a great appetizer served over cabbage slaw and a pepper aioli. The Rolled Leg of Lamb is sure to please. The lamb is rolled with a stuffing of garlic, shallots, fresh spinach, roasted red pepper and rosemary, served over a delicate bed of saffron rice. We have flat screen TVs around the bar for those who enjoy a great meal while watching their favorite sporting event.
