Because the management walked me thru the process - I had high expectations. I was not disappointed.The work they did was thorough, arrived on the date promised and my belongings were in the same condition as if nothing had moved. I have personally moved before and I scratched and broke some of my own things. Never again tough especially because when everything was said and done using LA Moving was less expensive!!!!
Pros: my stuff arrived when promised
Cons: I had to move because of work!!!
