How do I make it so I can rate something with a negative amount of stars?
Where to start? This place is absolutely the worst customer service I have received. I have met bums on public transportation that are far more polite than Hana's daughter-in-law, who is the 'psychic' (and I use that term very loosely) that attended to us.
To begin with, she was reluctant to give us the $10 special, which they advertised on a sandwich board outside. After we insisted, she had to accept that it was real. She told us to sit down and gave us each a 30 second reading. She barely looked at each of us and made us feel like a nuisance. She reluctantly gave us a vague estimate of when we were going to die as well. Nice. Meanwhile Hana was in the back, probably watching reruns of The View or something.
We paid and were halfway up the block before we decided to come back and get our cash back. Hana's daughter-in-law was ready with the money. Was this a supernatural premonition of some sort? It's more likely that she's aware what a colossal (expletive removed) she was to us.
