Neil G. Review: I must add to this as we all know there is two sides to every story and some people just don't get it...
I do agree with most of what Mr. G. has said other then that common sense would tell you that; and on the back of our contracts state that; the price we present is the price to dig into dirt and that digging into concrete, bed rock, etc. would be a charge over and above the proposed price. This is why we put disclaimers on our contracts. Not only did Mr. G. change his mind and at first asked to price out multiple scenarios I had ordered the materials for the original layout that he signed on and at the last minute changed his layout to cut costs. We adjusted and made it happen. Now who eats the additional material that was ordered? I do! I didn't make a big issue about it. I did what needed to be done.
To follow up on the crack in his lower rail. I got a phone call from Mr.G to see if we had a warranty on damage caused by others. I explained that we do not and who does? It was clear that someone had hit the fence with a lawn mower or something of that nature. Should I have warranteed this?
All of the products we install are made in the USA. The product is not inferior, it is PVC (plastic) if you run into it with a lawn mower it will crack.
I was unaware of Mr. G's unsatisfaction until I came accross this review. I thought this was handled properly as we did send him a new rail for a replacement at a minimum cost. Most stand up people would try to discuss a simple matter like this before cowarding up and righting a false review.
This fence was installed properly, looks great and the customer recieved what he paid for. That is what you should expect when hiring a company to do work for you. This kind of stuff just puzzles me about people...

First of all, the first review you see here was written by a user named Brian S, which coincidentally has the same name of the owner of the company.

My initial meeting with the owner was pleasant. He gave me a price for the project, and I called him back a few weeks later stating we would be interested in going with him.

Before we signed any contracts, we decided to make a change in the layout of the fencing at which point I asked him to come back out to take measurements for the new layout. He did not want to come back out to take new measurements, instead he asked me to email him the new measurements. At this point, he sent an updated price with a contract, I signed and we were on our way.

The day we started the project, I explained to the foreman what we would be doing and he seemed confused. Apparently when I was asked to send the new measurements, I did not include the fact that they would have to drill through my concrete driveway (I am no contractor, I did not know to include that, especially since I was only asked to send the new measurements).

I received a call from Brian stating there would be an additional charge for the drilling which I was not happy about. When I told him that this surprise could have been prevented if he had just come out to reevaluate the new project, he became irritated and rude with me. I decided to concede, and pay the additional money for the drilled holes.

My opinion is that there was some obvious miscommunication, and a good businessman might have met somewhere in the middle, especially since we were both to blame. Me for not including the drilled holes in the "measurement" request, and him for not doing his job and taking a trip out to reevaluating the change in project.

Lastly, a few days ago I noticed a small hole in one of the planks of the fence. Something I didn't realize when the fence was being installed was how thin the walls of the fence are. They are paper thin... Had I known how inferior the quality of fencing was, I may have reconsidered using this company from the get go.

Overall, I am not happy with this company and would not recommend them.
