One of a kind!

This is the best place to bring your vehicle's. I own 3 cars and take them all to the service department. I have bought everything from tires to just a simple oil change. I get nothing but the best service, the employees are great and every time I go it's always a pleasure. The prices for a dealer are the best around. I would highly recommend using World Toyota for all you service needs.

John Talentino helped me with my car, and he was fantastic! He listened to what I had to say, provided great input, and was very professional the entire time. Probably one of the best service consultants that I've run into at a Toyota service department.

I'm demanding, so that says a lot :)

This is the only service department where I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off. Danny Joffe helped me not only understand why I needed certain services but also gave me the best price! I felt like he was very honest and it made me very comfortable doing business with him. Its a great team they have there and I am happy to do business with them!

Excellent Service Department

I have been a customer of World Toyota for approx. 3 years, having both family vehicles serviced there. The service advisor that has I have dealt with on most of my visits has been Terry Allen. Mr. Allen has always been very helpful and knowledgeable about the service my vehicles required. My most recent visit was to replace a lost key and remote transmitter. Mr. Allen estimated about an hour which was very accurate, and included an inspection and washing my car. It is always a pleasure to deal with Mr. Allen, and I would like for him to get special recognition for his professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Excellent experience

Contrary to the previous service experiences in my life World Toyota service tries to solve problems vs. gouge the customer. I had an odd issue, and Daniel J. worked with me to ensure not only was the car fixed, but the service work was not a huge inconvenience on my life.

Frankly, I think this should be the way all auto-dealers service their cars, but the bar is so low for me from 20 years of owning cars from other carmakers.

Pros: comfortable waiting room, willingness to solve your problem

Super Service Department

I don't usually complete reviews, but in this instance, I felt it necessary. From my service experience on 11-4-09...John Talentino was great. Not only did he talk me through everything that needed to be done, he also explained it in a way that I could understand. My girlfriend was on the phone and when I told her I was having to have $400+ worth of work, she immediately said, well it's probably because you are a female and they are just trying to "work you for it". I said, that I totally do not feel that way here. Other places, yes, I would agree...but not here. I appreciate that feeling and will continue to keep coming back. The feeling I have received from World Toyota during my purchase, each service trip and the quality of my car, will keep me loyal to Toyota for years to come. Thank you. Sincerely, Leigh Parson

Great affordable services

Got my brakes serviced and an oil change. They told me to come back at a certain time and when i did they were done just ilke they promised. The center is huge and the staff is very helpful. Highly recommend

Best car service experience I have ever had. Period.

And I loathe taking my car in for service. I don't care how nice the people are or how swanky the dealership is (your gym doesn't thrill me, your lounge doesn't soothe me . . . ). I just don't like the whole ordeal.

But today, it was like a quick trip to the mall, to my favorite store to pick up a cute t-shirt!! I was greeted immediately by my service guy, Terry, registered (it was my first visit to World Toyota and I had not bought my car there), escorted to the lounge, and barely 20 minutes later . . . my car was done!! WOW! Painless.

The girls at the check-out desk even complimented my shoes. A nice extra touch. Seriously, though, top-notch and totally recommended.

Toyota great service

I have been doing business with World Toyota for since 2002/2003. I've tried other Toyota dealerships (that were closer to my home) and I've always come right back because they are trustworthy, honest, and they display good customer service. I like they don't try to loud talk you in the waiting room when telling you additional issues with your car in front of other customers (pressure). I also like that they are honest with how urgent any issues are that come up with my car. They don't make it seem as if everything needs to be taken care of right away when it really doesn't.

Pros: Deisres to give and delivers good service, articulates well

Cons: Location to my home (but my problem not Toyota's) :)

World Toyota is SUPERB!!!!

I have been doing business with World Toyota for the past three years. I truly have to say that the level of service I have received has far exceeded my expectations. I was initially referred to them through my insurance company for their Blue Ribbon auto repair center. The attention to detail and level of service was great!!!! I did not own a Toyota, but when I say they went above and beyond I truly mean it.

I have used their repair shop more than I care to admit. The individual who helped me was truly the best. He always went above and beyond to assist me and I truly trusted his judgement and never felt as though they were tryiing to take advantage or recommend unnecessary repairs. I decided earlier this year to sell my car and came back to World Toyota. The individual who had always helped me with in the repair shop placed me in the hands of the sales manager and I had a great experience. I have found a trusted dealership that has earned my business for life!!!! Thank you World Toyota for all you do!

I would rather walk than buy a car from World Toyota

I went to World Toyota while shopping for a mid-size SUV. I looked at a Highlander with a saleswoman who knew very little about the vehicle, and was then told they had a special $279 lease rate for the car that I was looking at. Half an hour later the price for the same car was $574 a month. As if that weren't enough, the manager asked me what I did, and when I told him that I was a full-time mom, he responded saying "So you don't have any money. Your husband has to make the decision". They were rude and insulting in addition to giving me the run around. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy, and would drive a great distance in order to buy a Toyota from someone else.
