Completely untrue.... I have purchased carpet and flooring on numerous occasions and they have been nothing short of perfection. From their wonderful Customer Service to their incredible prices, your review is far off from any and ALL experiences that my famly and I have EVER had at Hernandez Carpet. Everytime I needed help with my selections they made me feel at home and have great product knowledge. All my friends and family use Hernandez Carpets and nobody has even touched their prices! I highly recommend them. I wouldn't shop anywhrere else.....
