The main reason for perfect score being that this was absolutely painless. Probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Jeff was more than helpful and was very attentive. We had done quite a bit as far as filling out the online finance app which I think really helped speed up the process.

I will definitely refer friends, family, and coworkers to Drivers Select because of the top tier service I received from Nick Rojas while purchasing my 2010 Audi A4. He was transparent throughout the entire process and made buying a car enjoyable and hassle free. Every step of the way he was helpful and really cared about not only this purchase but gaining a long term customer. Even after all of the paper work was signed and the check was written Nick pointed out a few very minor scratches on the car and got me in to touch these up right away. Most sales people would be finished with me after I drove the car off the lot but Nick went above and beyond even after the sale to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I will definitely use Drivers Select for future purchases and have already given Nicks card out to some friends who are in the market.

My sales person, Keenan McNealy, was awesome. He was very patient, kind, and made the process easy. Especially when I was undecided if I wanted to take the vehicle or not, he stuck by me throughout the process. It has been 11 years since I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. The reason for the length of time was I got tired of being haggled and nagged all those years when shopping other dealerships. But not Keenan, he assured me that I could get everything I wanted and he made it happen. This man deserves a huge raise and bonus!
As always it was an easy pleasy process. Charles was great as usual and the finance guy as well. This is my 3rd car I have bought from ya'll and I just keep coming back!

Everything was really great. I am mad at myself for not putting down a deposit on the car I originally saw on the website. When I got to ready to come in and buy David told me that somebody had already bought my car and I was heartbroken. I told David to call me if he found something that he thought I would like and he did. I am really happy with my car now and so glad I got to work with someone as nice and patient as David Davis.

I have wanted to brag about Gene and Sammy tosomeone, even Steven who signed my paperwork. Everyone there was unbelievablyhelpful! I had worked with Gene on over the phone and really liked him. When Igot to the dealership Gene was still helping some other customers so Sammystepped in and took care of me and he was awesome!
