Everything was really great. I am mad at myself for not putting down a deposit on the car I originally saw on the website. When I got to ready to come in and buy David told me that somebody had already bought my car and I was heartbroken. I told David to call me if he found something that he thought I would like and he did. I am really happy with my car now and so glad I got to work with someone as nice and patient as David Davis.
David and Steven are keepers... Ya'll keep them around. They are a great representation of your company! Thanks!

I have wanted to brag about Gene and Sammy tosomeone, even Steven who signed my paperwork. Everyone there was unbelievablyhelpful! I had worked with Gene on over the phone and really liked him. When Igot to the dealership Gene was still helping some other customers so Sammystepped in and took care of me and he was awesome! I got a approved throughCapitol one but I appreciate Gene and Sammy getting this done cause I have hada rough couple of years through losing my job and I know it wasn't easy butthey did it! I would recommend you guys toanyone!! I had to come check ya'll out because I couldn't stop hearing aboutyou guys!!! Whoever is in charge of your marketing is doing great because driversselect.com is everywhere!! Can't say enough nice things about driversselect! This was so easy... I did everything online and by the time I arrived Lisa had the car pulled up ready to test drive. She was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions.I wouldnt change a thing..Overall awesome experience... From the first phone call to the walk out to my new car, everything was easy and smooth. Thanks so much for all the hard work to help me get a new vehicle.

Not a thing could have been better

I love that I was able to select a car from the web, the all the approval via internet. I just came in and test drove the car and signed papers. This really was made easy everything was great and I wouldnt change a thing. THANKS!

I really enjoyed the simplicity of everything... Also Lisa was great help! You can tell she really takes her job very serious and takes the time to learn the cars.

Well this is the 3rdcar I have bought from yall and I would have to say its because you guys make it so easy. Its just really simple and easy!
I mean, I would change nothing! I just love how fast and easy everything is. I had never worked with Gene before but I will make sure I work with him again. He is awesome at his job!

I was very impressed by the ease and speed of the transaction. I worked with Jeff Jewel and he was very knowledgable and professional. I wasn't planning on buying right then. The MAIN reason I gave this score is because of your salesperson, David Davis! From the first day I spoke with David he made the process very smooth. He was very helpful to say the least. Every question and concern I had he addressed promptly. He was very honest about everything. There were no hidden costs are agendas. I will definetly recommend everyone that I know that is in the market for a vehicle to Drivers Select.It was a wonderful experience for us. Keep up the Great work. I recently had the pleasure to purchase a 2009 Honda Accord from Drivers Select. Nic was my sales person and he was awesome! Although we encountered a couple of bumps with the transaction, Nic treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Every establishment should have a "Nic" onboard and their businesses would soar!
I have every intention of purchasing future vehicles, as well as referring my friends and colleagues to Drivers Select.

Wanted to thank Lisa Hope for my friend,He bought a 2010 Santa Fe from her.
He wanted me to let you know that she did a phenomenal job with him, and to let you know that he was simply amazed by the deal he got on the car.
He said the buying experience from cradle to grave was simply ACES I wish I could have recorded the phone call to run on the air
Anyway, you have another very satisfied customer that will be coming back!
This car was for his mother, but he needs to buy a car for himself within the next year, so he will be coming back.

It was easy from the standpoint that they have tons of pictures on the site, making it easy and actually I had researched multiple vehicles(as far as the vehicle I found on
driversselect.com website was exactly the same when I got there) from an amenity perspective, it was right where I wanted to be. From a website perspective, it was great.it showed it and it was what youre going to see when you get there.

I showed up to driversselect at 3 pm on Monday. Jamie greeted me promptly and showed the car I was interested in.
After only an hour the car buying experience was finished, hassle free.

Just bought a 2005 Ford Explorer today, and I am loving my new car. Jamie Loftin was my salesman and he did an awesome job of finding me the kind of car I was looking for and making sure that it was all checked out real good for any problems. He also made sure that everything was fixed and the car was cleaned before he let me take it off the lot. It has taken me all weekend to be able to put into words how the treatment I had with your team made me feel.
In one, word it made me feel respected.
I cant begin to tell you how amazing it was to drive away in a car that I know is worthy , much less that I wont be paying more in interest than in car payments.
You have no idea what it is to finally feel like a customer to someone instead of another bad credit target.
The most important part of Friday was the customer experience I received; it was by far the best I have ever seen. Working in hotels for over 12 years I know customer service and your team was one of the best.
Howard was thorough in his details about everything with the car; I knew exactly what I was getting.
He was incredibly personable and his attention to details made me feel so at ease that I just knew it was going to be a good car no matter what.
The finance team made me fully aware of how I was being financed and gave me everything I needed to know to make sure I could handle the payments and not feel stretched.
They were all very thorough at each step and made sure I understood before moving on to the next.
I cant thank you enough for what you did for me. Its not every day someone goes out of their way to help a total stranger, but you did and I am ever so grateful. The worse experience we have with a dealership they do an appointment to see a car what was already sold, they waste your time about 2 h plus driving time and at the end they told you they don't have that car, i believe they just showing the cars on web site just to get the customers in their locations............ never go to them.......... save you time and go to certified dealer

As I drove home after purchasing my car, I notice that my car kept going to the right (alignment and some break issues) I was very upset thinking that these are very basics things any new car should have or check for. Next day I informed Howard of this and he told me rather having to drive back to dealership ( I live in Mansfield, TX) or taking the time of my day from work to get this done, he would come the hotel get it fixed . so this morning he showed up RIGHT on time which is a true value for any business to have, and picked my car to get it fixed.
On the an ending note I would say Ill recommend Howard to anyone who wants to buy a car and change their perception of a Car Salesman. Already looking forward to buying my next car form Howard..

Im not sure what to say but all good things for driversselect. Last year I had to replace my transmission on my 03 Jeep and now lights keep coming on and off so i've been ready to get rid of my truck while telling my girlfriend she said to just go to driversselect and I called instead I talked to Sammy W. and we went over everything by the time I got there he had 7 cars for me to choose from in my price range I just couldnt believe how easy it was to get financing over the internet this was just crazy to me. Well after test driving a few I got an unbelievable deal on a 2009 Toyota Camry Silver with under 10,000 miles and is in PERFECT condition... I just wanna say how happy I am I went to Driversselect this new car has really made my year! Thanks to all of the Driversselect team!

Everything was great here, Im excited I got a luxury car plus power..I grew up with V8 engines and cars that can really pick up speed and on this Jaguar XJ does just that plus the beautiful luxury in it you step on the gas and it rides! It moves with power and I love it! Brand new I know this car is about 60K+a and knowing I got it for 23k is an excellent price and only had 36,000 miles its definitely in excellent condition. Well, we will be in the market again really soon to replace my wifes car and will be coming back to you guys. I wouldnt change anything about Driversselect.

My experience was really good Ive gotta say I think we were really lucky cause its my first time visiting driversselect and Dylan was the first guy I met he was very friendly he was great in fact I just sent him my brother last week and he bought an ML350 too.
This was painless process I was just listening to the radio and then decided to check out the website and after looking at the cars on there they looked very clean, in great shape and prices that were almost too good to be true but I gave it shot went in and it was great. I dont know exactly how much I saved but I do know it was at least $5000 on my 2007 Lexus GS350. best part aside from me savings loads of cash was there was No Haggling at all and even now anytime I have a question about anything Dylan answers all my calls and even my texts I had a really good time

So far my experiemce has been great, I should be picking up my fully loaded Dodge Nitro on Saturday. The sales lady Lisa completed all my paperwork over the phone. All I have to do is sign. I was in a car wreck two weeks back that totaled my car. The insurance is taking their sweet time finalizing everything. Despite that Lisa said she will have me back driving in no time.

My experience at Drivers Select was top notch. I live in Austin and purchased from the Dallas location. Chris and his team had my paperwork ready to sign ahead of time and they brought my BMW M5 to Austin for me. My purchase was an easy and painless transaction on both the processing side and delivery of the vehicle side. And I love my M5 and Drivers Select!!!!

Man let me tell you bout da cool people at drivers select! I went there with no down payment and no car to trade in and came out with a 2007 Benz C Class sport for less than 25 gs!!! Wow, wow wow!!! I got a wonderful deal last Saturday from Drivers Select in Dallas. The staff was friendly, respectful and easy to work with and they even stayed after closing to get the deal closed. I felt comfortable and not pressured by them and I truly appreciate the hard work they put into making me content with my purchase. There were no games and no hard-sells and would gladly return to Drivers Select for another vehicle purchase!

Driversselect is the place to go for certified luxury used cars. I had wrecked my old car and needed to replace it. They guys at driversselect were great. I was able to get a better car than I thought because they helped me out on financing. I got an Audi A4, its in great condition inside and out. I will defiantly be going back to driversselect because they know how to treat their customers!

I just had to get in on the reviews on driversselect. I just got an awesome Acura TSX. The service at driversselect was better than I could have expected. I shopped around the metroplex area for a used Acura, because I knew I could not afford a new one. I was a little hesitant of some of the dealers, because you just never know! A friend told me about driversselect, and so I went there. They had a beautiful Acura TSX right there on the lot. After I did a test drive, I knew I was in love! They helped me with financing to get the price I needed. They were always respectful and professional. My new Acura is beautiful, I got a good price for it, and the customer service at driversselect was great. If you are shopping for a certified luxury used car.you need to go here!

Driversselect really helped me get a great Certified Luxury Used Car! I found a BMW 328i, a car I had only dreamed of! I knew I could not buy it new, but Driversselect helped me get that car at a price that fit my budget. The warranty I got made the decision to buy even easier. I had shopped at a few other dealerships and either got turned down or they wanted a huge (yes VERY big) down payment. I found driversselect online and did most everything that had to be done online before I even went to the dealership. When I got there, my salesman showed me my beautiful BMW 328i and Im was in love! I call her my little white bunny because she can go fast and she sips fuel like a Toyota or Honda! Anyway, I am very happy with how everything went down and will be returning to driversselect in Dallas for my next car too! My sister bought hers there now too and is very happy as well! Its a family thing now!

I had the good fortune of discovering Drivers Select a few weeks back when I was looking for a newer BMW 5-series. I'm real happy for the following reasons:
1. I got the exact car I wanted.
2. I got that car for about $2800 less than my local BMW dealer was willing to sell it to me for.
3. The car is certified, so not only did I save money, but I have protection in the form of a warranty!
4. The whole process went very smoothly and the financing was easy.
Strong reccomendation for driversselect!!

I just bought a really fine Acura TL at Drivers Select and it was just a great experience!! I went there online after a rather embarrassing experience at a local Acura dealership and the discovery that my credit was worse than I thought it was! I chose a certified Acura TL that is two years old and still has warranty..a warranty that is better than most new car warranties at that! And the car is essentially new with only 28K miles on it and the interior is perfect! The key is, they could get me financed with very little down payment which is exactly what I had! They even showed me how to improve my credit quickly and maintain the value of my new Acura! After the embarrassing experience at the new Acura dealer, I am sold on driversselect!! Thank you so much for helping me out and making me feel like a human being.
