Dale Hayen is an excellent, knowledgeable real estate agent in Las Vegas. I came to Las Vegas looking for properties to purchase as investment. He explained to me how the return on money invested works in the real estate industry. He helped me purchase a couple of properties with a return of 15 and 17, respectively, which is great!

Dale did an excellent job of showing us countless places! We didn't have a lot to spend, but that didn't deter him from giving us his undivided attention. He sent us new listings every day and was great with setting appointments and following up. I recommend Dale Hayen to everyone. Thanks Dale!!

When we started looking for a house, we originally planned to go with a realtor that a close friend recommended, but it turned out said realtor changed careers. She recommended Dale.
I talked with Dale over the phone, we met and we were immediately sold on him.
Dale has been nothing short of fantastic. He found us an adorable house inside the Perimeter well within our price range - and unlike most realtors, although he knew the top of our price range, he didn't constantly try to sell us houses at the top of ours. He is an extremely patient, nice guy. He has been a great advocate, and managed to get the seller to cover all our closing closts.

I hired Dale to sell my house. As a former agent I was very impressed with his knowledge of the business. The house closed at my asking price in a tough market. Dale was always very professional and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would use him again in the future.
