I have been to this restaurant once, the set up is very interesting. They cook the food in pots that are set up around a bar area, you can choose to sit at the bar or at a table and they will bring your food over. I had the seafood combination and there were some grit left over in some of the clams. However, the owner of the restaurant was very personable and actually gave us a cup of his award winning clam chowder which was great. We had the creme brule which was delicious. In the future I will probably stay away from the seafood mix.

The Boiler brings the first complete ??Steam Kettle Cooking? concept to Southern California. Serving variety of ??Southern Favorites?, with Cajun dishes such as Gumbo, Jambalaya & Creole dishes like Pan Roast, Bouillabaisse, as well as, other great dishes like Cioppino, and Shrimp Diablo! We cook our signature entrees, with unique jacketed steam kettles individually, right in front of the guests, at a bar style counter seating.



Other than Steam Kettle Cooking food, we have awesome New England-Style clam chowder, House Oyster and Cajun Calamari. Our dishes have the Southern flare of Louisiana and are cooked to perfection in our individual kettles. We offer such great Louisiana dishes and awesome gulf oysters. If you have never tried steam kettle cooking you will be pleasantly surprised.
