This dealer is under new ownership. My wife and I were looking for a Sonata for some time. We originally were looking to buy new, but we came across a lightly used one at Racine Hyundai that seemed too good to pass up. We certified the car and paid much less than we expected to pay for a vehicle. It was in excellent condition and we have been very happy with it since. We worked with Josh, whom I highly recommend. He was very thorough and not pushy at all. If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend this place.

I wanted to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe. I found one I liked via the internet and went to the lot of Gentile Hyundai.
BAIT & SWITCH, yes they had the vehicle listed, not at the price listed or the color. I did see one I liked but more than I had thought of spending.

I left but came back the next day. I agreed to the price they quoted. HERE COMES THE RIP. They handed me a bill of sale that was thousands over their original quote. This went back 3 times. Each time they added some things and reduced others in a shell game. Classic why people hate car salesmen.

I left and purchased another Santa Fe I was also looking at that day. The 2nd dealer was absoultely square with me.
PS: I do like the Santa Fe

Just purchased a 2010 Outback Limited from Gentile and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. They gave me a great price on my trade in, easily negotiated a fair price for the Outback and the financing took no time at all! The entire sales team was professional and never played the "let me talk to the manager" game. Dogan my sales guy was easy going and took great care of me! Thanks to all for a great experience!

My wife and I bought a new 2010 Subaru Outback from you last fall and we could not be happier about it.
Until you have driven a Subaru it is hard to appreciate just how good and solid a vehicle can feel.....not to mention the thoughtfulness of the
amenities.
I recently went back to work after being downsized last fall so I now needed a car too.
My fist instinct was to go get a new Forrester but I remembered my wife has always liked the Cadillac CTS so I went and bought a loaded 2007 CTS
since we already have one Subaru.
So she was driving the CTS and I now had the Outback. I knew she thought she was getting one over on me now that she was driving the CTS and I was in the
Outback but I just let her go on thinking it.
We liked the CTS, but we immediately had problems with it. The 6 disc CD player had to be completely replaced and then there was a nagging air leak in
the passenger side rear window too.
After about two weeks my wife asked me to switch cars for the day. Of course I let her but I was concerned.
One day turned into two and then on the third day she finally said she wants her Outback back and we should trade the CTS in for another Subaru because
even though the CTS is a sharp car, 'it just doesn't feel as good as the Subaru'!
So we traded the CTS in for a Subaru Impreza Outback Sport and now we both have a new Subaru.
Thank you for helping me get back in a new Subaru!!

We met Dave Paulsen at the auto show at Festival Hall. We were looking at the Forrester and Outback. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered our questions. We made an appointment to test drive the following week. Everything he told us about the vehicles was true. He drives one as well, so spoke from experience. He treated us with utmost respect and was helpful and patient to work out a sale that was fair from both sides. Lonnie, his manager, stopped to introduce himself and offer any assistance as well. They both were so very low pressure and concerned that we get the vehicle we wanted. The experience was stressfree. I highly recommend Dave as your sales person. We bought the Outback and LOVE IT! I also recommend their service department since I've used them for about 6 years now. Their finance person Carlos was helpful and informative and respected our choices.

I talked to Jim about the reason I had stopped in. I originally had a 2009 Impreza but was not happy with the bucket seats. I wanted a bigger vehicle. I recently purchased a used Toyota from Frank Gentile. While I am happy with my car, I am not happy with the service I received. The sales woman never took the time to sit down and discuss anything with me. She handed me papers to fill out and walked away. I had to wait for about an hour until I could go in and discuss financing. The man in the financing office was very rude as well. He also never took the time to go over anything with me. He never told me the length of my loan or the final dollar amount. I had to go through the papers and find the information on my own. He seemed more interested in getting my signature and getting me out of the door. I will definately never return to Frank Gentile for a purchase and will take my car elsewhere for warranty repairs and oil changes. They have lost me as a customer, and I know my family will never return either!

I had a great experience at Gentile. My sales woman (Theresa Clemens) was knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about. She was friendly and pleasant to work with and really went above and beyond to make me leave with a smile on my face. Gentile has a pretty fair selection of vehicles and it was great to walk around and look at all my options. I highly recommend them and Theresa Clemens as your sales person. You won't be sorry.
