Excellent job! On time, knowledgeable, accomodating. He recognized problem was with my dryer exhaust vent and knew he could not fix problem. In light of dryer installation problem he checked my washing machine to make certain it was connected correctly. Later that day he called back to give us names of people who could possibly fix the dryer vent. I will definitely call Service Care for my next appliance repair problem. Thanks! I contacted Service Care twice in one week... Once for refrigerator repair and once for dryer repair. Joe was my service technician for each call. He was prompt in his contact, timely in his service, professional and tidy in his work, informational re: issues/problems/repair with each service call. His customer service skills are exceptional. I will definitely contact Service Care for future TV and appliance needs!

Joe did a great job at quickly and professionally diagnosing the problem with our refrigerator. We decided to buy a new one instead of getting ours fixed, and he did not pressure us to get it repaired and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
My dishwasher locked up on me three weeks ago. The technician ordered the part on memorial day. It arrived on 7 June and the techs came back on 10 June. This was a very unusual case which made it impossible to open the dishwasher or pull it out. Craig had to use his bare hands and by feel try to open the dishwasher. The process took him quite some time but he finally was able to open the dishwasher. He was very professional and helpful. He fixed the dishwasher so that I could use it until another part could be ordered. It was amazing that he could even open the dishwasher.
WE were very pleased with Service Care. Our TV would no longer turn on. The technician, Ronald Riggins,was very helpful and informative. He came out and fixed it the same day.
We were very pleased with Service Care. Our ice maker would no longer dispense ice from the door. I called Service Care and someone came out the next day. The technician, Craig Raney, was very helpful and informative. He even talked to my husband on the phone about our options. We decided to fix the main board in the refrigerator, which was not that expensive. Keep in mind that your service fee goes towards the cost to repair your appliance. The main board was ordered and someone set up a time for the same technician to come out and install the board. Within a week we have the refrigerator fixed and ice is dispensing from the door! Again we were very pleased with Service Care so I took a TV for repair and it is working great too! I would recommend Service Care for appliance and TV repair!
We called service care to fix a minor issue with our ice maker/refrig. We got on the schedule pretty quickly and the repair man fixed the tubing in about 10 minutes. he found that there was a fan issue and had to remove it- so we had to move the refrig out to the middle of the room and place a floor fan behind it until he could come back with a fan that fit. He stated he would be back in two days. Stupid us paid the 340$ at that moment. 7 days later we called service care and they said that they would come back out to put in the fan we paid for but they couldn't get us on the schedule for two weeks. We said that was not doable and two days later they sent a guy out. This guy was brand new and was on the phone the whole time having someone walk him through the procedure. The very next day water was all over the wood floor. We called again and the last guy said ""oh I didn't wipe away the water under the refrig"". Don't you think he should have cleaned up? Anyway, When I explained it was more than a little and that I could hear it coming out the back they said they would be out by Thursday. We then had to reschedule for Friday and they forgot to show up. When we called them on it they said they were sorry and would give back some of our money. They once again tried to put us on the schedule a week out- and I said no Tuesday or Wed.. Then Monday the manager called and said that "" if we wanted money back (their original suggestion) they would be out to remove the fan- however it was an easy fix and to let them do the work would be the easier option"" Since we were not pleased they would offer us a special deal- ""they would come on Sat if we wanted them to come out"" . Thats no special deal after it took at least a month to fix a ice maker hose issue and Sat was still 5 days away. My suggestion is if you use this group don't pay until the job is complete because once you pay you are no longer a priority to the company
