NYC Royal Limo

I like how NYC Royal Limo gave us a choice on the limo color for our wedding. We paid only $380 for a beautiful, new black stretch limousine. It had multiple TV's, which was great because the big game aired the day of our wedding. Yes, we watched the game on the way to the NYC reception hall we rented. The best part was that it came with free champagne for my husband and I to enjoy privately before we met the reception crowd. Great prices. Excellent amenities.

I called in a panic with half an hour before my out of town bosses need a pick up and the wonderful reservations representative was able to send out a car - no worries! I will definitely keep this company in mind for NYC travels!

Thanks to our driver who went above and beyond to help make our evening out on the town a memorable one. The car was a bit early and when the driver noticed we were trying to rush, he made us feel at ease and told us to take our time. So friendly and professional!

I wanted to make my daughters sweet 16 very special so we ordered a stretch hummer limo for her and her friends. I wasn't present at the party but from what my daughter said they all had a great time. The transaction with Jason was simple and he gave me a great price. He made sure that the kids would be safe. The driver took them to do some sightseeing then to dinner and waited for them the whole time. I'd like to thank this company for helping me make this night memorable for my child. EXCELLENT service, best service we ever have in New York area, thank for NYC Royal Limo to make our night out so memorable. Driver was funny, very polite and professional, he drive us to the place in Manhattan we don't even know about it. Definitely will use them again and highly recommend to all my friends.

Be careful of your contract negotiations between the driver and the company. We requested information about the cost of additional hours, and the driver attempted to charge us twice the original hourly cost. After we contacted the company, he was rude and dismissive to us for the remainder of the ride.

The driver was incredibly unhappy with the number of locations requested (he did not want to drive up and down Manhattan). Overall, he seemed to be in an extreme hurry to get home and was curt to all riders in the limo.

The limo itself was excellent, but I believe customer service is part of the experience. I would strongly discourage anyone interested in this particular company.

BEWARE OF NYC ROYAL LIMO. I rented a limo to celebrate my birthday in Manhattan. I paid for 6 hours, anywhere in Manhattan. The night was going fine until I paid for an additional two hours through the company which seemed to irritate our driver. He then REFUSED to take us to a requested location in Manhattan. When we pointed out that the contract said he was to drive us anywhere in Manhattan, HE SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET AND SENT US ALL FLYING INTO WINDOWS AND EACH OTHER. He then opened the door and YANKED US OUT, grabbed all of our coats and THREW THEM ON THE GROUND AND INTO THE DIRTY STREET. He told us to find another way home and drove off - but not after telling one of the eight members of the party, "I served in the military for three years and I could really f*** you up." He threatened violence! We shut up in case he actually would follow through on his psychotic threats.

The nightmare didn't end there. I got an e-mail from Jason at NYC Royal Limo the next day with pictures of broken glasses and cut up limo seats, saying our party had damaged the limo and owed them MORE MONEY. IT WAS FRAUD. The broken glasses were a result of the limo driver slamming on the brakes. The seats were fine. There were no cuts and the seats certainly were not unhinged from the limo. Either the driver or the entire company fraudulently accused us of damages we did not incur and basically performed EXTORTION for something we didn't do.

Since they already had my credit card number, they charged me again - TWICE - without telling me and WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Of COURSE I wouldn't agree to pay these charges. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK! I am now having to pursue legal action.

I was willing to not make a big stink because of one bad driver. But when I saw the additional charges, I lost it. This company is UNPROFESSIONAL and looking to FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE YOU for things you did not do. We were thrown out in the street without our belongings and coats soaked in dirt and snow. I have not received apologies. I have not received a refund. In fact, all I've received is more and more charges.

DO. NOT. DO. BUSINESS. WITH. THIS. COMPANY. HORRIBLE!!!!! Don't let this happen to you!!!!

I was going to fly to Atlanta for business and needed to schedule a ride for my boss and I. I had no problem to reserve the car. It came on time to pick up my boss than I. The driver was polite and clean cut. The car was as if it just came out of a dealership, new and clean. We arrived at the airport on top and with time to spare. My boss was very pleased and so am I. Last weekend my girlfriends and I took a stretch limo from NYC Royal Limo for my Birthday party out in Manhattan. The limo came 15 min. earlier and looked like million bucks. The driver was so helpful, sweet and professional (even when we girls got a little out of control). The rates were reasonable compared to others. I would definitely use this limo service again!

I came to New York for business and my plane came late. The limo was already waiting for me but I wasn't charged extra for the delay. I again called the representative and reserved a car to leave for the airport when everything was settled. I'm absolutely pleased with the service they provided and I will be calling NYC Royal Limo every time I'm back in town!

My wedding was three weeks ago and we had a huge misunderstanding with a limo company i shall not mention. My husband and I wanted nothing to do with them so we searched for a limo company. Problem was that our wedding was less than 24 hours away and it was 3 am. We called companies and with little hope that they would respond one did. The representative from NYC Royal Limo actually responded! He saved our wedding. He didn't even over charge us for making a reservation so late! I'm SO impressed and I'm sure whoever contacts them will be too!

Companies should take pointers from these guys. Professionalism will get you far. I'm happy to say that I was being helped by a professional operator while ordering a limo for a business gathering. The driver got us there quick and without any questions. We didnt even get lost on the way. I usually always got lost with other companies limos. But thats all in the past because I'll be calling NYC Royal Limo for my transportation needs.

We're from Vermont and came to New York to do some sight seeing. We don't know the city well so my husband decided to call NYC Royal Limo to do a personal tour of the city for just the two of of. I must say that this company is outstanding. I couldn't have enjoyed myself anymore than I did. The driver was very knowledgeable of the city and was very respectful and hilarious! I was a bit skeptical of the price this would cost us but the representative gave us a great price! Over all we are very pleased with our experience. unbelievable service, so many limos used with our party but we never have so great experience before. we are so glad that we meet Royal limo. vehicles so cute and absolutely non smoking, clean and new, was nicely surprise when we found out that fully loaded bar is absolutely free for us. thanks a lot for unforgettable time we spend with this company. definitely will use them again.

Limo Rental in New York can be very confusing but NYC Royal Limo made it an easy choice! They were on time, a clean luxury stretch limousine, full bar and the driver was very courteous. Our night on the town turned out to be memorable.
