This company installed a Payne 3 ton package unit in 2008, under my home warranty agreement. We had to call them back out a couple of weeks later to repair the unit, being a licensed Electrician I followed the service tech out to the unit, and several of the wiring connections were melted together, due to improper installation, and also the unit was not properly grounded, and they did not change out the old ragged seal- tight flex when they installed the unit, even though my co payment of the $800.00 included $200.00 for "Electrical Modifications"...I brought these items to his attention and he begrudgingly repaired everything to my expectations, although he was visible annoyed, I am sure because the 3 hour service call was free. Anyway fast forwarding to present day, we are experiencing problems with this unit again, so I called for a service call...this time fully expecting to pay for the labor, as per the Payne warranty...The told me they would be out before 2:00pm the following day...they were a no-show, so today my wife called them, and all he had to say was how we had turned them into the Better Business Bureau last time, which is not true...and I checked they do not have any complaints because they are not members....I think they are totally unprofessional, unqualified to being doing any type of electrical work, and irresponsible. My advice is to stay away!!!
